The Palace has room for guests, at 6969 Avenue of the Dildos, there are houses available on the beach drive.

Currently the house numbers range from 701 to 799, pick one and move in. All have all modern conveniences including dish network, just added this year.

There is a mall in the town just renamed the Magical Mall. The island is named Lainie's Tropical Paradise Island, or just Lainie's Island or the Island for short usage.

There are golf carts available to anyone, serial numbers Z001 to Z250. Feel free to drive anywhere on the Island.

The palace is named Xanadu, the city is Margaretaville with a statue of Jimmy Buffet in the main square.\, which has recently been named: CHUNKY SQUARE.

We have two mountains, Orgasmic Peak, and Mt. Phallus, formerly Grand Teton, renamed after a few landslides changed its profile. both of which have easily hikeable trails to the top plateau where there are open shelters from the rain.

There are 10 beaches, but the one most used is Paradise Beach opposite the houses.

There are no hurricanes, typhoons, or high winds due to our wonderful precise location exactly at Zero North or South Latitude. Our longitude is a national security secret. Guess secret no more due to GPS.
We are in the Pacific Ocean, in a weather free zone, except for the occasional rains.

Temperature rarely is below 60 and rarely over 85 fahrenheit.

All titles issued in proclamations by the Empress are valid. To obtain one after a brief residency all that is required is to ask. But please no frivolous titles.

Empress........I am so happy and I found a house at the edge of the beach which is almost like the other one I had. Will be decorating for a few days lol *has a few shots of Bourbon to celebrate and slowly strolls to my new bed and passes out*

 

There is now a Lainie's Island social group by invitation only.

Forgot to mention, no cars, vehicles abound all over the island like golf carts, just borrow one, keep it for yourself if you like, you may personize them but they are already numbered Z0001 to Z50l
