So women who get breast implants are obviously unhappy with their body and self image otherwise they wouldn't feel a need to change anything. Insecure is a good word although they will deny that. It is sad to watch these females succumb to the pressure to keep up because of the thought that everyone is doing it. Merely an attempt to try and be an alpha but a true alpha is happy the way she is. My experience has been that women who alter their looks are a little off kilter. Trying to be someone they are not instead of being happy with who they are. Substances are often used to medicate the feelings experienced with low self esteem. Delusional thinking happens that they must conform into societies ideals instead of listening to a better sound judgement that they are okay the way they are. A good man will love them as they are not for bigger boobs. So eventually the attention stops and the newness wears off then what, they get bigger implants then what, again more money spent and bigger tits, enduring multiple awful surgeries and for what, attention, approval and to feel better about themselves to the point of altering and undergoing a knife to the skin, yes surgery, all for someone else's opinion and to be liked.

Eventually the biggest tits they can possible have won't bring the attention that they constantly crave nor will the boobs be a big surprise to others anymore, then what? Eventually you have to deal with the real you and why you wanted bigger tits to start with. It will suck cause not only are you left with the same problem but your back will probably ache and the implants will look like shit. I have never heard of a man who prefers implants to natural.

You do realize that cock augmentation surgery is available, yet not very much utilized by men? 15,000 in 2015 with breasts at a whopping 279,143 and still rising. None the less I would still discourage a man (with very little exception) to mutilate his body especially for vanity sake over joining a gym, eating healthy and improving his self esteem in the process. People who permanently augment their bodies for cosmetic reasons need to realize that others have the right to not appreciate the change and still not hold animosity toward the person who decided to make the change. Size isn't really what matters when it comes to looks. Shape and an overall sense of balance are much more important. I've seen girls with small tits that turn me on. And I've seen girls with huge titties that were hideous. Generally, woman naturally get the "right sized" breasts.
