No, this statement is false. No one is saying the Goldwater Rule should be "extinguished" and/or abandoned. What some people in the nental health field are saying is their needs to be an exception to the Goldwater Rule when they see what they believe are dangerous signs of mental illness in someone with as much power at his finger tips as the President has. Which is literally enough power to destroy the entire world as we know it.

First because you are jumping to conclusions. Many psychologists and mental health professionals are sounding the alarm of what they see. But Trump would obviously have to undergo a complete mental evaluation before his mental illness could be confirmed or denied. Second, a personality disorder would not necessarily mean he was unfit for office and needed to be removed. Third even if Trump's mental illness is as serious as many fear it could be mitigated with medication,therapy, supervision or both.

So you are simply resorting to hyperbole and making false accusations about what is actually being said.

Ok I may put this up in more than one place but here is another example of what I believe is Trump's mental illness of full display.

Ok in the first highlighted paragraph what Trump is saying is literally impossible. There is no possible way premiums and deductibles can be driven down. And that is especially true with what the GOP has proposed. It is mathematically impossible.

Then in the very next paragraph Trump contradicts what he just said. If people with preexisting conditions are forced into high risk pools both their premiums and deductibles are going to increase dramatically to the point where most people won't even be able to afford them.

And then his last paragraph is just delusional. If someone hurts their knee, their back, gets sick, or has a preexisting condition they need healthcare immediately. While North Korea is no real immediate threat to us. So that is just incoherent babbling. And a sure sign of mental illness.
