As a rule intelligent people learn from their mistakes, and do not keep making them. By observing others they develop good social understanding, and the good social skills that are dependent on social understanding.

It is true that introverts have more difficult developing social skills than extroverts. Intelligent introverts usually understand this, and behave like extroverts when the situation calls for it.

 

During the century in which they have been used IQ tests have demonstrated their ability to accurately predict academic and economic success within a high degree of probability.

IQ is also largely genetic. Being raised by intelligent adoptive parents confers little or no advantage to adopted children whose biological parents were of low intelligence.

Those who believe otherwise, like shootersa who is intelligent enough to know better, choose to believe what they choose to believe, or they choose to say what they wish was true, even though they privately know otherwise.

This is a harsh way of posing the question. Don't think I've ever heard the issue posted this starkly. And I've never really thought about it this way.

The answer of course is no.

Not only is the answer no, but in my reading of history I cannot think of a single racially diverse culture at any time in history in which the negroid race (native-African "blacks") dominated.

I am making no inferences as to why I think this might be. It is simply fact.

And now I am trying to think of some rationalization, apart from lesser intelligence, that could explain the fact. Not much comes to mind.

One theory that I am considering as I write is that the negroid race might be more peaceful than other cultures and less inclined to undertake campaigns of conquest.

But the notion strains credibility. Africa itself has been in perpetual turmoil for millennia; the Greeks, Romans, and Western Europeans did not so much exploit Africa as capitalize on an already thriving native slave trade. And of course the cultures of Africa developed and maintained no written histories, despite having been exposed to cultures with systems of writing for thousands of years. So we have no way of knowing whether or not those cultures attempted wars of conquest and failed.

Yes. A harsh way of putting the question. Harsh, indeed. But much to think about.

The U.S. has a very diverse culture, where the blacks have a very competitive advantage financially.

No time in history has the ''black community'' ever had such an advantage, and most, still would rather fall back into and maintain the victim status.

 

You think blacks are financially privileged in the United States?

I do think we have finally reached the point where we could end Affirmative Action and abolish the institutionalized fostering of dependency. Then blacks might have a chance to attain parity on a level playing field.

But they are too dependent on their handicaps, so they don't advance. The handicaps do give them a living. Keep them fed. But I would hardly equate subsistence with financial privilege.
