    You can now get verified on forum.

    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

    Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

    You shouldn't be doing four sets of twelve unless you're either cutting for a comp or you're a powerlifter/Olympic lifter. Next time try doing 180kg for 15 slow, as a warm up then four sets of 260-270kg for 7-8reps. That'll avoid the muscle being over fed blood and injuring itself from a strain or bunch of tears.

    When you can hit ten reps in the first two sets (not counting the warm up) then up the last two sets by 20kg and go for 6-7reps without touching your legs with your hands.

    This is the third time writing this on an iPad, it just keeps locking up on xnxx!
    1 hr on treadmill followed by 150*5, 200*5, 220*12,230*12,250*12 & 260*12. The last two sets were easy so next time it's up to 300. I just don't want any injuries so I'm taking it slowly.

    Left arm stretches and weight lifting

    2 years ago I could barely raise my left in the air, Now I can do everything like my right arm and I want to pitch as fast as my right which I'm almost closed but I need to do some hard stretches to reach that goal. Otherwise, SEXTALKING, for me the feeling is better when masturbating with the left.

    Had my first powerlifting competition yesterday. It was so awesome. Got placed 12th ;)

    Squat: 115 kg
    Bench: 60 kg
    Deadlift: 115 kg

    There´s still potential for more and I got some connections to get into a team now :D

    Well I can only recomend it now. I mean do it for fun. There´s crazy people who can do crazy things, so I never expected to beat anybody, but it was so much fun and really good to just get into it and make some contacts!

    Oh my diet sucks right now. I have to get onto that!
