Yea I don't know if you call them dark ,but it was a pretty fucked up time in my life,right after I got divorced I was in my mid 20's .And I was hitting the bottle and drugs pretty hard ,that's all I done open and close the bars and try to work. Thank you for starting this thread. My problems come from trauma as a child and as a firefighter/medic. I keep it all in for fear of hurting others like police officers do and the rest of EMS. This is the reason for the highest suicide rate of any other profession. One call ended my job to where I could not function any longer in the performing my job. It has been 25 years since I left and most of the calls I can still describe in detail. What I have found is that engineers solve the problems so they do not happen again.
