Its just trash fucking clean it up! It doesn't matter who does it as long as it gets done. The same fucking thing happens at
Bruce Springsteen concert and nobody complains. These people were protesting. They were using thier constitutional rights. Everybody should support that regardless if they agree with thier cause or not. And really are we fucking over native Americans yet again? Honestly who ever is ok with any of this is a complete asshole

Oh I believe a lot of folks complain about trash left behind. You read about it after every big rock concert. The problem is there is no responsibility being taught to our young people. I for one think that is extremely tragic. For we humans are the stewards of mother earth. We should all strive to use her resources responsibly.

The Native Americans are not getting "fucked over" any more than the rest of the people here in the US.

The fucking has been going on long before you or I was born and it will be going on long after we are gone....

Not only that, but what's this shit "Relocation assistance?" And states paying for hotel rooms to house protesters? I mean, cvil disobedience is one thing. But I'm quite certain the founding fathers never intended the First Amendment to be a government-funded travel club.

If they had jobs and families they cared about, they would have left peacefully when they had the chance.

You got that right. Giving tax payer money to unlawful protesters. Only here in the US will you see stupidity on this level.

The native Americans are not doing it because they care about that land. They're just pissed they're not getting any royalties from the oil companies like some other reservations did that are actually in the oil fields.

If they cared they wouldn't have turned virgin prairie land into a land fill.

I heard it was all completed except for the 1 mile crossing the river, and should be completed in 2 weeks.

Update only 100 yards of the pipeline need to be completed that's just the river crossing and it's already crossed the river up stream once.

Bravo, environmentalists! Braaaavo! Here's a "standing o" for this one.

Standing Rock Unhappy Campers Threaten Missouri River Watershed

    2/25/17

Standing Rock Pipeline protesters became the most immediate threat of pollution to the Missouri river they sought to protect. They had braved the North Dakota winter by camping at construction site of the North Dakota Access Pipeline.

    Standing Rock
But in the end it was trash from the humans, not oil from the pipeline, that immediately threatened the river. Gov. Doug Burgum told The New York Times that melting snow could wash their “garbage and human waste” into the river. Last week authorities forced the campers to leave.

Tom Goldtooth, executive director of the Indigenous Environmental Network, which has been active here, said in a statement that the evacuation was a “violent and unnecessary infringement on the constitutional right of water protectors to peacefully protest and exercise their freedom of speech.”

Here’s the story in the Washington Times.

Hmm, I wonder how these protesters can afford to leave valuable vehicles behind? Especially after not having worked all summer. I really can't understand how they could abandon rental vehicles. Have they no shame. I'd call that vehicle theft. They should be arrested and prosecuted.

I have 3...count them...3 transmission lines on my property.

A 6'' line, 35' in front of my house, it has been there are used since '48, when there is a light snow, and it is running, the snow melts off of the area.

Then there are 2- 2'' lines running along the back property line, been there for over 35 years.

Then last but not least, I have a gas well 237' from my house and the brine tank is 198' from my house.

My water well is 27' in front of my house, at 77' deep, now , I have tried and tried, and to this day, I still cant light my faucet on fire.

Oh for fuck sake, I almost forgot, I also have a 10'' gas main along the road, coming out of a ''pressure reducing station'' that is in the front corner of my property...
All of this, and I'm still here fucking if you yo-yo's.

How many heads do you have? Beyond that, now, finally, I understand how your viewpoints could have be so skewed. I'm also sure that it all makes sense to you, and seems very real. My suggestion however is to do as I do... It might help ;)

Native Americans are people. People, in my opinion, can be messy. Have you visited or traveled through many reservations in the USA? How well did the populace and their belongings blend in with nature? How many rusted out old cars, washing machines, etc. did you see adorning the locals' yards? Most people are not messy. Some people are very messy. One very messy person can make an entire neighborhood look crappy. To suggest, however, that a person fully respects mother nature because of their race is rather silly.
