In addition: the repetitiveness - someone writes one scene and then makes films it a hundred times using different performers.
The lack of real dialogue is a major turn off for me. I am a talker and believe talking is a big component of sex. To watch a pro HJ video where the performers never talk doesn't make any sense to me.

I'm not a fan of porn. Not for some feminist, morality reasons. I'm just not very visually stimulated. Every once in a while I see a scene and think "That looks like fun" or "I'd like to try that" but as far as it being erotic or arousing, it does nothing for me.
What turns me off is the number of people who watch porn and think that's what sex should be like.

 

I like the voyeur aspect of it and as such it has to seem real. I need to feel I’m watching something I wasn’t supposed to see and that the participant(s) are caught up in it. I’ve found that that aspect is better conveyed in erotica so I don’t watch much porn.
