We see more of the character of a candidate now in the preliminary stages that we will after it beginnes to filter down.. What do you want to see in your choice of a presidental candidate?????

Well, although the person elected wouldn't be my president, I would like to see someone with no big business interests or affiliations!

Give me a break. Here's an idea...track Dick Cheney's net worth from when he first entered Congress from Wyoming until now. Do you think he would have become CEO of Halliburton based solely on his executive credentials?

By the way, I really don't think old Dick Cheney was a Wyoming resident anymore, at least by our voter registration laws. But Wyoming with no income tax, and low property taxes is the most tax friendly state in the union for rich people. That's why several of Ronald Reagans old cabnet bought up the northwest corner of the state around Jackson Hole.
OK, I'd fuck Hillary Clinton, but I watched both John Edwards and Barack Obama! after Bush's mis-State of the Union address and both of them seemed to be really good spokesmen and thinkers. Those are both important qualities to me and Richardson out of New Mexico I think it is surprised me with his understanding of what middle class Americans are facing. Empathy is another quality I'd like to see in our next president. And flexibility enough to see that no issues are either black and white or right and wrong.

 

Richardson has a certain appeal...he would be acceptable to me. The ones I have some difficulty with, as far as Democrats go, include Hillary and Joe Biden. They always seem to be wetting a finger and holding it up in the wind.

 

Exactly, and even though I voted for Hillary twice when Bill Clinton was running for president, I can never quite forgive or forget that after her Tammy Wynett Stand by Your man, not at home cutting out cookies, comments, she still showed up at the first inaguration wearing and Elanor Roosevelt hat. Convention after all.

 

If they support the legalization of marijuana, they got my vote.
