I agree that this topic has been pretty much done to death, but...

More than seven or eight inches long is a waste and can be a major detriment.

2 or 2.5 inches in diameter is about right.

 

Six or seven inches long and 2.5 to 3 inches in diameter is GREAT, I find width more satifiying then length.

But its MUCH more important to know how to use it that just its size. The worse sex I ever had was from a guy who was very well hung! He had the equipment, but didn't know how to use it.
