Well first, fraud, you're the one who has been claiming that these kids ripped from their mothers arms are being dumped into the foster care system but now you claim they're being treated as asylum seekers and criminals.

The system is of course not perfect, it needs more resources and especially more foster families.
Now. The difference is that state agencies are state agencies addressing the needs of state citizens. The federal system that the fraud is spewing about is the DHS system, the office of refugee resettlement (ORR) and health and human services (HHS). these federal agencies are responsible for reuniting migrant families. Federal agencies do not place kids for adoption.
The fraud has at various times alleged or claimed that STATE agencies have had these kids foisted on them by federal agents with no information, that no information on them is collected or kept or disseminated as these kids are moved about.

If the fraud is in fact such an expert by contact with state foster care he knows that what he has spewed is at best propoganda aimed at criticizing Trump, and fucking lies at worst.

Fact 1: state and federal agencies work within the same framework of laws shooter has previously linked to, but they are not intertwined and do NOT move kids from the state to federal system. Kids move from the federal to state system only under specific circumstances that starts with termination of parental rights.
Fact 2: migrant kids in federal care are NOT up for adoption and do not pass to state care until parental rights are terminated.
Fact 3: parental rights are not terminated until a court terminates them. Even where a parent abandons their rights when they are deported, a court must formally terminate those rights.
