I came across this site by accident but it is well worth a read. The person who runs it does an amazing job of showing the diversity and differences present both in ancient and modern Ireland and how the island struggles with the disunity of the various factions and the outside influence of those who still seek to demonize everything indigenous Irish. This is something the vast majority of us outside of the island completely ignore.
