Although it didn't really hurt that much, one night I got a concussion.

It wasn't the pain that was excrutiating; it was the experience that followed.

I had severely troubled sleep, I woke up freezing cold during a hot night, and when I did sleep, it was all bizarre dreams and nightmares. The next morning I had a stiff neck, a pounding headache, was sensitive to light and sound, and felt nauseous the entire day.

And I had to go to work.

It sucked ass.

 

When I was 16 I blew out my ACL in my right knee. This was back in 1975 when there was no such thing as Orthoscopic surgery. Opened up both sides of my knee with 2 12" incisions. Full length cast from tip of my toes to top of thigh for six weeks. When I went to get the cast off and have a "walking cast" put on, I had been dreaming of bending my right leg for 2 weeks. Well, we got to the hospital, they cut the cast off, and my mom and the Doctor turned their backs to me and were checking out x-rays, and I thought it would feel good to do a deep knee bend or two. Swung my legs off the bed, put my feet on the floor, started to bend my legs, when there was this great big pop and ripping noise, I went down in a heap, remember pissing myself, and when I came too, there was another full length cast on my leg, a tube sticking out of where my knee was, I had gone through 2 hours of surgery, and stayed in the hospital for 3 days.
Needless to say, no one was very happy with me. In a cast off and on till I graduated high school, about 2 years.
Oh yes, my Dad was Air Force so the Air Force butchers were doing the surgery.
Since then, I've had several knee surgery's to correct how bad they fucked up my right leg (I didn't help with my little 'gotta bend my leg moment I suppose'). Dont do deep knee bends to this day.

 

Yep i broke my wrist a few months ago

 

A few years back I had a friend who loved ding dong ditch. So he would come over and get me out of whatever I was doing and my other friend. We'll call them Bob and Steve. Anyway, Ding dong ditch lover Bob and I stayed behind a bush with nowhere to run except a fence behind us. Steve (who hated ding dong ditch as much as me) rang the doorbell, ran like hell, and was behind the bush with us. The guy comes out looks around and goes back in. Bob's dumbass is about to stand when the door opens again and he hides. This time it's a girl, and she has a dog with her! YAY! So the guy comes out after her with a flashlight. He shines it right into the bush, stops, and it goes past us. We're about to run like hell over this fence when the only person that has a cellphone, gets a call. Steve has to get it out, open it, close it, and put it back away.

It took forever! So the dog runs away, the two run after the dog and we jump the fence. Here's some good news! I jump over it, land in a yard, jump it again and get to a ditch. My friends not to far away.They both jump this big ass ditch, but I don't make it as far, land in a hole, and twist my ankle causing me to cry out and almost cry myself, which would have been bad at 15. So I make it out after my friends who have run over the ditch and this 2 foot bridge to the other side into the street. I limp to Bob's house cussing and screaming.

Fuckers didn't even help me home. Later that night Bob makes us TP someones house and I see a car and Rimp (running and limping) away.

2 days later I had to go camping, telling my parents I fell off of a curb. I still haven't told them the truth about what happened.

 

Being branded was the most intense pain, but not in a bad way. (It takes a masochist to say that.)

The most intense pain that was really bad was having an 18 pound frozen turkey land on the arch of my left foot.

I was at the woodstock in 1999 and i was caught in the moshpit a few times, I broke 3 bones and 2 fingers on my right hand and i have 3 fractures on my right foot

 

I had a weight set tip over on me and slice my ear in half, that was pretty painful. The most painful though was when I fell on a fiberglass board and skinned my entire throat area.
