These aren't debates. They are photo ops and plateforms and just about guarenteed to make them all look the same. It's a sham to make it look like the media is doing something.

The league of women voters, I think it was used to sponsor real debates. Debates that changed people's minds and sometimes changed the out come of elections. There debates were very restricted and held the candidates to the issues.

The problem I see in this is that good ideas and good responses never see the light of day because sensationalism in all the media wants to use for ratings. That's one reason my respect for my fellow americans has fallen so much. They suck that shit up instead of looking for substance.

Kimiko I think this is a shrewd observation and both the conservatives and the media are on the band wagon. What will be really disgusting to me, is the reason she would not win is because she is a woman and we aren't ready for that in our patriarchal society.
