Ok I know alot of people here do listen to rap/hip-hop and I know some don't. Anyway today the hip-hop community was struck a tragic blow when Pimp C, real name Chad Butler, was found dead in his Los Angeles hotel room three days after giving a performance at The House of Blues. If many of you people listened to Pimp C or the group UGK, Underground Kings, you know Pimp and his performing partner Bun B, real name Bernard Freeman, have revolutionized the sound of hip-hop and rap coming from the South mainly Houston. Pimp C may have been in prison for aggravated assault, but from what I have heard from many sources he was a great and reformed man. Those fans of his will be greatly saddened by his sudden death at the age of 33.

Yeah Tupac made it to 25, Big Pun was 29, Notorious B.I.G. was only 25 and he died on my birthday March 9th weird i know. See these are some of the rappers that didn't even make it to the age of 30 some got close, but never made it. Hopefully things can get better. With the dead football players all of them being 24 this year that have died. The wrestlers and other martial arts fighters, need to know when to stop living the hard life or need to know when to cut back.

 

Cause of Death?

The coroners office announced it will take a month to determine the cause of death. He was found dead in his hotel room bed.

He was known to use phrases like, "snort some white bitch up off ya titty" and ""get my drank on".

So I would guezz that the cause of death might be a pink elephant stampede.

Respond to what? Another dumb nigga gettin offed? Rap "stars" are the bottom of the barrel. Rap started with Old Skool, and died there too. All these dumbass mu'fuckas with their gangsta shit deserve their fate.

Why so harsh? I would be happy if I never heard another rap song, but I don't think he deserved to die. Would be better if maybe he got permanent laryngitis, or decided to become a nice quiet accountant.

 

Ok I am sorry to bring this back up, but the group UGK who Pimp C was a member of has been nominated for a Grammy let's at least hope that his family gets this last accolade to remember the member of their family that they lost.
