I have a really hard time reaching orgasm when having sex with my girlfriend. Oral or otherwise. I stay hard, but I can go for over 2 hours with out cumming. We usually just go until she's satisfied, then she does what she can to help me finish by hand.

You might be diabetic, that can do it and many people are and dont know it. Get a fasting blood sugar test and check out the db symptoms, see if you have them.
