Also it has always been pointed out that it is rather missed place for men to tell women they must carry a baby to full term.

Another great paradox of Ronald Reagan was being very concerned about a child inside the womb but totally unconcerned about what happened to them after they came out of the womb.

Are you sure? I don't think the woman raped by a stranger or forced to have sex with her father or other family members even planed to have sex let alone expect to get pregnant.

Nope, I'm just saying that it is not as simple as you would make it out to be and I don't think we have a right to make a woman carry a baby to full term if she does not want to. I think there are many good reasons why a woman might not want to have to give birth to a child and don't think me or any else has the right to tell she does.

 

Im not trying to make anything simple. Its horrific to even imagine that happening to me or anyone else for that matter. But, the truth is, thousands of children are born every year around the world as the result of rape or incest. Should those people, because thats what they are, be exterminated simply because of where they came from. It would be unimaginable to have to deal with that situation, but the fact of the matter is, aborting the pregnancy, would appease the mothers problems, but end the childs life at the same time.

Well what does that child have when born into this world a mother who doesn't want it and a father who is rapist. I would rather be exterminated than have that.

And once they are carried full term and are born then that life deserves the same protection as anyone else. Even though it is naive to believe that a lot of these children are not simply killed of abandoned and left to die in the same countries you mention. The question and never ending debate is when does that life actually become a viable human being? You apparently believe that begins at conception while the Supreme Court and the Majority of Americans believe other wise.

But let me add this detail. My grandmother had two abortions when women who had them and doctors who performed them could both be put in prison. The first one she performed herself with something that was called a Slippery Willow and could be purchased in a drug store.

But for the second one she went to a back alley doctor who first put her feet in the stirrups, raped her, performed the abortion with unsterilized instruments causing an infection that actually ended up in her having to have a hysterectomy.

I can agree there are abhorrent things about legal abortions but they sure beat the alternatives.

 

I'll bet I can bury you in stories of children who have been killed in the past week by their parents.

Well, when I see a baby, with a beating heart and limbs that move inside my belly, im not sure I could come up with another definition other than a human being.

Kinda strange how people are charged with 2 murders when they kill a pregnant woman. I mean, since it isnt really a human being yet, right?
