Dude, the only one I've seen in this thread be high and mighty is you. You assumed that you know how everybody is just based on the fact they post here. Maybe I missed something and there's another thread with more to it?

 

I was referring to people thinking that they are somehow better than me.

I pointed out that we are all in the same boat. We all watch and get off on porn and post on a fuckin' porn forum. That, by definition, makes us all freaks.

Let me prove it.

Here is the dictionary definition of a "freak."
A freak is one who is "markedly unusual or abnormal."

I've been told that only about 10% of the world has internet access.
Of that number only a fraction of that post in forums.
And of the people who post in forums only a fraction of that number post in porn forums.

We are, by definition, unusual and abnormal. We are freaks.

 

I'd prefer non-conformists. The way you put it sound slike it's a bad thing.

And you're yet again judging everyone's value by the fact that we post on this site. There's a lot more to me that this, and I'm sure that's true of moste veryone else who posts here. And I'd probably go so far as to apply that to you.

And I don't think what's going on is people thinking they're better than you. I think it's more you thinking you're worse than them.

well you're definitely wrong about that 10%, it's definitely at least 50% of the world that has internet access

It's not 50% mate, by a long shot.

But the statistic that Joe quoted - the 10% - I can only find quoted in a July 2002 report.

5 and a half years have passed since then.

 

I was guestimating, 10% sounds really low though, I mean consider how many people are on this site, from different areas of the world, that means that it's not just the US with lots of people with internet access anymore

 

But you've also gotta consider how many people DON'T have internet access.

Millions of Africans, for example. Probably Millions of poor and/or rural Chinese.

A large number of Siberians, and probably many Russians.

Most the the populations of 3rd world contries.

Remember that something like 95% of the world's wealth is owned by 5% of the population, and it's not hard to believe about internet access.
