Yeah this is profoundly and spiritually weird alright ....I will have to ponder on this a while to put it into words but that is all I can do all night now.......my mind is racing with questions, answers....my last night in the hospital I wanted to get a good nights sleep and I slept pretty good till about 1:30 then I woke up and called my daughter ....we talked a while and I told her about watching the hallucinations all night the night after they gave me a shot of morphine when they pulled out the drainage tubes. They were damn entertaining... I described them in detail for about 10 mins. Had her rolling. Then I went to sleep ....sort of... but actually I was dreaming but I wasn't asleep. I was thinking of things I did when I was a kid, people I knew,......then it started being like a movie and i was just watching, and it was people i knew, and me, and one really cool chick, I think it was Blackrose I'm not sure, but this went on all night......and I don't think I ever went to sleep. I think I will sleep good tonight though.

But I could be wrong......

 

Sleep is way overrated in my opinion anyway.

But what you are describing here is what I think someone put up a thread about called Lucid dreaming. This all sounds really cool. Now somehow this never even occurred to me before, but the idea of waking up with a new heart beating in me just kind of stuns me. I don't even know what I would think about that.

You sure sound good though. And on the weird side I think you are really manging to connect with a lot of people tonight.

As Lainie said, it sucks that you'll have to take all those medications for the rest of your life but it sure is awesome that you have more life .....

A man suffered a serious heart attack and had open heart bypass surgery.
He awakened from the surgery to find himself in the care of nuns at a
Catholic hospital. As he was recovering, a nun asked him questions
regarding how he was going to pay for services. He was asked if he had
health insurance. He replied in a raspy voice, "No health insurance." The
