One thing that is just so hilarious is no one sucked Trump's dick and groveled before him more than Pence. And not Trump is out to destroy him.

Mike Pence's comeback flounders as he's ignored by Trump and his fans: report

According to a report from Politico, former Vice President Mike Pence is re-emerging with an eye on the 2024 Republican presidential nomination and the reception from supporters of Donald Trump is less than enthusiastic.

Conservative mocked for 2020 tweet implying COVID is fake because there were few deaths in India

    Candace Owens (Twitter)

Conservative pundit Candace Owens is being mocked for an April 2020 tweet that hasn't aged well.

Owens implied at the time that COVID-19 wasn't all that serious because Indians were packed closely together but had under 200 deaths. A year later, it is becoming clear that COVID-19 has made it to the country as hospitals are overrun with dying patients.

"Two weeks ago I told you all that India was the country to watch as millions of their workers were stranded along the railroad — no means of social distancing. India has just 169 deaths. Reported its first case in January. BUT IT's 10 TIMES MORE DEADLY THAN THE FLU, BRO!" she tweeted.

    @RealCandaceO

To those claiming that dense countries like India & Bangladesh are lying or not testing—remember that you also claimed MILLIONS would die if social-distancing was not practiced. Be prepared to explain how these countries had the infrastructure to hide MILLIONS of dead bodies.

Owens hasn't tweeted about India in more than a year, probably because she was proved incorrect. While India experienced a spike with the rest of the world last summer, this year has become much worse. The UK variant has become the dominant strain in the country and a new "double-mutant" variant is now emerging, reported Al Jazeera, last month.

"The Indian variant, known as B.1.617, appears to be wreaking havoc in the country," said the report. "Since April 15, India has been reporting more than 200,000 cases of coronavirus every day and its capital, Delhi, recently announced a week-long lockdown after a rise in cases there overwhelmed the healthcare system."

Now, Twitter users are asking Owens if India is still "the country to watch."

Mike Pompeo Claims CIA Analyst Said Something She Almost Certainly Didn’t
    ‘MY SEXUALITY’

Diehard Trump acolyte and former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo took a page from his old boss’ playbook Tuesday night, recounting a hard-to-believe anecdote that didn’t quite pass the smell test. “When I was Director of the CIA, we valued individuals based on their talent and skill, not their race or sexuality,” Pompeo tweeted. “I’ll never forget what one female analyst said to me: ‘Thank you for valuing me for my work. I want my abilities and achievements to define me, not my sexuality.’” In a second tweet, he appeared to take aim at President Joe Biden’s push to diversify the federal workforce. “[W]e must continue to recruit the best and brightest,” he wrote. “We can’t afford to risk our national security to appease some liberal, woke agenda.”

The CIA released a video last week titled “Humans of the CIA,” which featured a Latina operative discussing her “intersectional” identity. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) was roundly mocked for his ham-handed response to the same clip, in which he pined for the days of movie character Jason Bourne’s exploits with the agency—which, of course, never happened either.

'Why are we taking this risk?' Conservative calls Trump a 'liability' and urges the GOP to ignore him

In an interview with The National Desk's Jan Jeffcoat, longtime conservative political columnist and radio commentator Armstrong Williams expressed incredulity that Republicans are still listening to ex-president Donald Trump's advice after all the damage he did to the party over the past four years.

Having lost both the Senate and White House in 2020, with Trump sent packing to his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida, Williams said now would be a good time for the GOP to "rebrand" itself and leave the one-term president behind.

In the interview, reported by ABC7, Williams took some shots at the Biden administration and expressed dismay that some Americans are opting to not return to work, telling Jeffcoat, "Government can only do so much. In the end, you must work, not only to rebuild this economy but to take care of your family."

He then turned his aim at the Republicans who are trying to oust Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) from her leadership role by explaining, "From outside, it doesn't make any sense at all. But if you look closer within the party leadership, it's that they don't want to offend former President Donald Trump. They don't want to tell him the truth and the reality of what he has done to the Republican Party and the Republican brand."

As for Trump, he attempted to warn Republicans away from him.

"In the long term, we must build our own identity. We must rebrand, and we cannot allow Donald Trump to tell us which candidates we support, where the money goes and we cannot allow him to rule this party," he lectured. "When he did have the influence, he didn't do a pretty good job then and so why are we taking this risk? We've seen this play out before, and now we're going to spiral down this dangerous road again with Donald Trump."

Pushback to Trump from within his own party slowly grows louder as his 'unhinged' rantings lead to a bizarre scene

The Republican Party is finding itself increasingly fractured as more members of the GOP disavow Donald Trump despite concerns within the party that it cannot survive without him.

On Sunday, Rep. Adam Kinzinger, R-Ill., a fierce critic of the former President and one of ten House Republicans who voted to impeach him, declared in an NBC interview that policy takes less of a priority in the GOP than one's fealty to Trump. "I think what I'm used to saying to any Republican that's maybe kind of confused by the moment we're in is policy doesn't matter anymore," he argued. "It literally is all your loyalty to Donald Trump. As I've said before, this is something that, like, echoes a little bit out of North Korea, where no matter what policy comes out, you're loyal to the guy."

The Illinois Republican went on to spell out the hypocrisy between the party's treatment of Trump and Rep. Liz Cheney, R-Wyo., who last week was ousted from her leadership role as the party's conference chair over her staunch criticism of the former president. Kinzinger explained that when it comes to Trump, people claim: "I don't like what Donald Trump tweets, but I like his policies, so I'm going to support him." But in the case of Cheney, people say: "Look, I like her policies, I don't like what she tweets, so she needs to leave."

"What that shows to me is an inconsistency that is built solely around allegiance to one man: Donald Trump," the lawmaker added. "And we have to recognize that as a party. And we have to recognize that four months ago we allowed, basically, the narrative to lead to an insurgency on January 6. And until we take ownership of that, we can't heal."

Maryland GOP Gov. Larry Hogan echoed Kinzinger on Sunday when he said during a CNN "State of the Union" interview that Cheney's ouster was "kind of doubling down on failure."

"Liz Cheney is a solid conservative Republican who voted with the president 93 percent of the time," Hogan said. "I thought she just stood up and told the truth and said exactly what she thought. We've lost the White House, the House, the Senate over the past four years, and to continue to do the exact same thing and expect a different result is the definition of insanity."

Trump has also seen some defection from his inner circle. On Sunday, Trump's former White House adviser, Alyssa Farah, indicated that she would not support him in his potential 2024 presidential bid, signaling an allegiance with Cheney.

"The GOP is careening down a strategically unwise path and morally reprehensible one, to be completely candid with you," she said in an interview with MSNBC's Mehdi Hasan. "Liz Cheney did the right thing. We shouldn't condemn people for simply telling the facts. Like, facts matter, she did the right thing. But that shouldn't be brave or heroic but just what our leaders do."

Farah added: "But there's a perception we care more about loyalty to the former president and wanting to gloss over the election and Jan 6. My unsolicited advice to my fellow Republicans would be: the truth tends to come to the top. It's better to address it now, come to grips with what went wrong, and accept it. Because we're going to be dealing with it in the midterms and 2024."

Farah reportedly left the Trump administration back in December of last year, prior to the Capitol riot on January 6. In February, just ahead of Trump's impeachment trial, Farah questioned the constitutionality of proceeding, instead suggesting that the former president should be censured.

Trump has also seen some pushback from his own party in Arizona, where an extremely questionable GOP-led recount in Maricopa County is being held to determine the validity of President Biden's presidential win. On Saturday, Trump baselessly alleged that Arizona Senate's election auditors found an "unbelievable Election crime."

"The entire Database of Maricopa County in Arizona has been DELETED!" the former President exclaimed in a statement.

Maricopa county recorder Stephen Richer immediately demurred Trump's claim as "unhinged."

"I'm literally looking at our voter registration database on my other screen," he tweeted. "Right now. We can't indulge these insane lies any longer. As a party. As a state. As a country. This is as readily falsifiable as 2+2=5."

The Maricopa County board of supervisors has been vehemently pushing back against Trump's claims of foul play.

Joe Biden Crushes Trump in 2024 Election Poll — Also They’re Polling 2024 Already

President Joe Biden holds a huge lead over former President Donald Trump in a new poll of the 2024 general election — a poll taken barely four months into Biden’s current presidency.

But it’s never too early for some people, and so it is that President Biden holds a commanding 12-point lead over Trump in a new Yahoo! News/YouGov poll that looks way ahead to the next election.

When respondents to the poll were asked “If the 2024 election were held today, who would you vote for?”, 48 percent said they’d vote for Biden, while 36 percent responded Trump, and another 10 percent said they were “not sure.”

The poll also showed that 12 percent of Trump 2020 voters would either flip to Biden or are now “not sure,” twice as many as the 6 percent who would potentially flip from Biden to Trump.

Respondents were also asked “Should President Trump run for president again in 2024?”, and a clear 57 percent majority said he should not, versus just 31 percent who said he should. That includes 18 percent of Trump 2020 voters who now say he should not run again, and another 12 percent who are “not sure” he should run again. Among Republicans, those numbers are slightly higher at 22 percent “no” and 10 percent “not sure.”

The poll did not test matchups between Biden and other potential 2024 GOP candidates, but another poll out this week illustrates the state of play for Republicans at this very early date.

In a new Politico/Morning Consult poll, respondents who plan to vote in the GOP primary were asked “If the 2024 Republican primary were being held today, for whom would you vote?”

Trump more than tripled his nearest competitor with 48 percent to former Vice President Mike Pence’s 13 percent, while Pence nearly doubled third-place finisher Donald Trump Jr.’s 7 percent. No other candidate rose above 4 percent.

The news is also a mixed blessing for Biden, who has a clear lead over Trump, but who falls short of the 51%-plus who voted for him in 2020. And while Biden has a clear edge in that undecided category, the electoral college is such that even with a 7 million edge in the popular vote, slim shifts in a handful of states could have sent him to defeat.

    Really.
    Now it becomes clear.
The despicables are terrified that Trump might be the deplorables choice in 2024.

See, this is what happens when one drinks one's own kool aid.
One starts believing one's own bullshit.

Trump is not going to run in 2024.
Now, if Trump did run in 2024 he would not gain the nomination. He would have to run as an independent.

    But heres a thought for despicables;

You should be paying attention to your own candidate for 2024.
biden will be out by then, harris will see to that.

Which means, harris will be running, we assume, in 2024.
Do you really want her for your man(woman) in 2024?

    Really?
Cause that means you'll also get AOC and the squad with increasing power.
Assuming, of course, that they don't get swept out in 2022.

Progressive/liberal/Democrats are hoping and praying Trump campaigns for president again and wins the nomination to go up against Biden/Harris. So much has changed since traitor Trump finally got expelled from the presidency. Not the least of which is tackling COVID 19 turning the economy around, and forming a fully functioning government instead of the shit hole country Trump drug the once great US down to they would win in the biggest landslide in US history.

But even if Trump doesn't run progressive/liberal/Democrats fully embrace Trump just talking about it because its a political windfall for us. It keeps the lies, phoniness, treason and mental illness right up front. And it paralyzes the rest of the party and bleeds money from them. And also insures the biggest treasonous nut cases in the country will get Trump's endorsement. And we can beat them.

Trump gets angry when asked if he’s serious about 2024 run: ‘He’s missing being president terribly’

Donald Trump is feeling uneasy as Manhattan prosecutors convene a special grand jury to investigate evidence against his family-owned business, but aides say he's still got his sights set on running for president again.

The twice-impeached one-term president and his eldest children face possible indictment, along with top Trump Organization executives, including chief financial officer Allen Weisselberg, and advisers admits that he's feeling the heat, reported Politico's Playbook.

"There's definitely a cloud of nerves in the air," one adviser said, adding that this legal development feels different from other threats against Trump. "I think the Weisselberg involvement and the wild card of that makes the particular situation more real, because there's no sort of fluff and made-up fictional circumstances around the guy."

"The fact that they're dealing with a numbers guy who just has plain details makes people more nervous," that adviser added. "This is not a Michael Cohen situation."

Trump insisted the grand jury was one more partisan attempt to bring him down, and threatened to run for president in 2024 -- and aides say he gets angry when he's asked if he's serious about running.

"He's missing being president terribly," one aide said.

      The self deception continues;

Not the least of which is tackling COVID 19 oh really; biden built that? He can't spell Covid!
turning the economy around; betcha he can't get it back to where Trump had it before harris takes him out! We'll be lucky to avoid a full blown depression before 2022.
forming a fully functioning government instead of the shit hole country Trump drug the once great US down to they would win in the biggest landslide in US history; shithole country? America is STILL the greatest country on the planet, despite how much you hate everything she stands for, and how desperately you want to see her fail.

More good news. Newt Gingrich has not only proven to be a corrupt and disgraced phony he is also stuck in some kind time warp where he is still insisting on pushing his failed agenda like the Contract of America. And can't remember few things blew up in Republicans faces worse than that because they put in in writing and then proceeded to do the opposite just like they always do. Somewhere I used to have a list of all things they put in the Contract with America and then one by one proved them lies.

As the hack fuck leftists will claim victory for this due to the Nation suffering over Crime Boss Biden and the Ho (half cracker 3.0) Administrations push for radicalized policies, one should know, the win was in a deep deep blue district.

Democrat Melanie Stansbury wins New Mexico special election for US House seat, CNN projects

CNN)Democratic state Rep. Melanie Stansbury will win the special election to represent New Mexico's 1st Congressional District, CNN projected Tuesday, securing the seat left vacant when Interior Secretary Deb Haaland joined the Biden administration.

Stansbury, a scientist who has served in the New Mexico state House since 2019, defeated Republican state Sen. Mark Moores. Her victory for the seat, which had been vacant since March, will give the narrow Democratic majority in the US House a bit more breathing room.

The central New Mexico district, which includes most of Albuquerque, was considered favorable ground for Democrats: The congressional seat has been in Democratic hands since 2009, after former Republican Rep. Heather Wilson retired to launch a Senate bid that ultimately failed. And Democratic presidential nominees have won the district in every election since 2004. Joe Biden defeated then-President Donald Trump there by 23 percentage points last year.

While the election doesn't alter the balance of power in the US House, it brings the Democrats' narrow majority to 220-211, with four seats vacant.
State Democratic Party Chair Jessica Velasquez said in a statement late Tuesday that "Democrats sent a clear message during this election that we're not taking anything for granted when it comes to electing leaders who truly represent our values."

She added: "We know the importance of electing strong Democrats like Melanie Stansbury, and we will continue to build on that momentum as we look toward 2022."
The race was seen as an indicator of the political environment a little more than four months into Biden's presidency and is one of several early signs -- along with governor's races in Virginia and New Jersey this year -- of the electorate's mood headed into next year's midterms.

The race garnered early voter turnout. More than 71,000 ballots, making up more than 15% of the registered voters in the district, were in by the middle of last week, the Albuquerque Journal reported. Registered Democrats had outpaced registered Republicans by more than 2-to-1 in early voting.
