I think the article is real and is intended to make girls and women angry by pushing stereotypes. By saying that women shouldn't go to college then proceeding to write terribly, it will make it seem like any woman who doesn't go is unintelligent.

And, regardless of who you are, you never wanted to be called stupid and therefore will try everything to prove you aren't. Thusly, this article could possibly cause an increase in feminists and women going on to receive higher educations ultimately achieving its goal.

But the corrections that are there are fake, computer done.

And if it's fake, I could guess that it was written by a guy... but that's just an assumption...

God feminists piss me off. Im all for women having equal rights but they really do piss me off.

Although, the female theolgists of the catholic church, who replaced phrases like God with the Creator etc may have nulled peoples marriages. The catholic church has said if you got married and these phrases were used then your marriage could be void.

The reality of feminism is that it did fail, miserably. Women have no more choice now than they did 100 years ago. Let me explain: before, women simply could not enter the work place in the hope of ever being more than a clerk or typist or whatever. Now, with the mass emigration of women to the work place, those that don't enter (or marry a rich husband) cannot afford to live the good life. Women simply must get a good job now, if they have any hope of actually buying all the shoes they want. Before, a man on the average salary could easily support his wife and two kids. Now, the average salary is only enough to support yourself. Why? Because now that most households have two incomes, prices can increase. No one is going to charge 200K for a house if most families only have an income of 20K, but with women now working and bringing in a second wage it's not unreasonable to charge over 200K for a house. The same with cars.

Anyway, girls like that who wrote the article in the OP are good for nothing more than a fuck. Hump them and dump them. Because, when you're away on a business meeting for your high paying job that she demands men get so women can have fun, she's probably shagging the pool boy and the gardner. At the same time.

I consider myself an ardent feminist, and I shudder at the attitudes I see manifested among younger women these days, who appear to have learned all they know from Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton. They seem to delight in being sexualized, objectified and dumbed-down, to the point where they're caricatures of gum-snapping airheads, typified by that Miss South Carolina contestant.

It's a setback, but I'm not sure it will permanently reverse the long-term advancement of women in this society. I certainly don't rejoice in the "death of feminism" the way some people in this thread evidently do.
