Democrats hate Donald Trump with a passion, and are always prattling on about how he wanted to be a dictator and is a traitorous criminal. In this, of course, they willfully ignore our current Democrat president's actions and incompetence, staring them in the face.

But it seems that Democrat leadership truly does consist of a criminal class. Not necessarily thugs like we are used to, but instead, our country's elites. It's hard to say which is worse. Is it the Biden hyper-crime family which has sold access to power and sold out American interests around the world, ranging from Ukrainian mobsters to Communist Chinese autocrats?
Or is it the murderous Clinton crime family, which can literally be followed by a trail of corpses?
Or perhaps it is the ring of America-haters with whom Obama has surrounded himself.
Ironically, they all loved being with the pedo Jeffrey Epstein, right up to his being jailed, this almost immediately followed by his "mysterious" suicide.
Speaking of mysterious suicides, from Vince Foster through Epstein and on up to currently, Mark Middleton, people who are seen as a threat to the Clinton's power and/or reputation all seem to have consistent runs of "bad luck."

Middleton, former advisor to Bill Clinton, was found about a month ago hanging from a tree. There was a shotgun blast through his chest and an extension cord wrapped around his neck. As one might have predicted, of course, it was labeled a "suicide." Now the case has been re-opened, but investigators have been gagged by legal actions brought by his family, through their representatives, the Rose Law firm. If you will remember, this is the very same legal firm in which Hillary began her original quest for power in Arkansas all those long years ago.

The more things change, it seems, the more they stay the same....

SUICIDE TWIST — Investigation Into Death Of Clinton Advisor Linked To Epstein Reopened

The bizarre suicide death of Bill Clinton’s former advisor linked to billionaire perv Jeffrey Epstein is now an “OPEN” investigation, Radar can exclusively report. The stunning turn of events comes after a series of explosive RadarOnline.com stories questioning the suicide death of Clinton moneyman, Mark Middleton, who was found May 7 hanging from a tree with a shotgun blast through his chest and an extension cord around his neck.

RadarOnline.com learned about the surprise twist after it filed a Freedom of Information request with the Perry County Sheriff’s Department demanding copies of the police report and crime scene photos of grisly death in a 1,100-acre farm linked to the former president just outside Perryville, Arkansas. In an email reply, Sheriff Scott Montgomery tells Radar he cannot release the police report because the once open-and-shut case is an active investigation.

“At this time this is an open investigation, and we are not releasing any information,” Montgomery said in a June 2nd email, without elaborating.

RadarOnline.com has also learned the Perry County Coroner is also refusing to release any details about Middleton’s death because of the alleged open investigation. “Right now, it’s considered an open case, and nothing is being released on it at this time,” a worker at the coroner’s office tells RadarOnline.com. When pressed about the term “open-case” the worker said: “That means it’s under investigation…it’s a legal matter which I guess might be supposed as a criminal matter also, I don’t know.” Montgomery refused to answer follow-up questions and County Coroner Bill Greene was unavailable for comment.

RadarOnline.com was unable to determine if the cover-up is based on the lawsuit filed by Middleton’s family against the sheriff and coroner asking a judge to prohibit the investigators from releasing the reports and crime scene photos of the suicide. The lawsuit was filed May 23 in Perry County Circuit Court by Middleton’s wife, Rhea, and brother, Larry, charging the family’s privacy will be violated by the release of the case files.

“Since Mr. Middleton’s death, Mr. Middleton’s family, including the Middletons, has been harassed by outlandish, hurtful, unsupported, and offensive online articles regarding Mr. Middleton, his death, and his family,” states the lawsuit.

Radar’s investigation was sparked by one of Middleton’s terrified business associates, who anonymously came forward last month to demand an independent investigation claiming the 59-year-old father of two was extremely close to Bill Clinton and incapable of committing an elaborate suicide.

The hell-bent businessman even created makeshift gallows by lugging a table and trespassing onto a farm owned by Heifer International, whose headquarters is on the same parcel of land partially owned by Clinton Presidential Center in Little Rock. Middleton joins a growing pile of corpses associated with Epstein, who in August 2019 was suspiciously found hanged in his New York jail cell where he was awaiting a sex trafficking trial for allegedly providing a bevy of young girls to powerful politicians and businessmen – rumored to include Prince Andrew.

I don't know Joe Manchin. He may be a nice guy, but I know he's not an ally, he is not a Conservative's friend. He is a politician who is following his own road for selfish, political reasons. I am thankful that he remains strong enough to mostly follow the desires of W VA voters. And I am even more thankful that much of his road actually parallels ours at this moment in time. But don't mistake Manchin as a friend.

He is a Democrat, and in the end, he will vote as Democrats do.

In the meantime, the White House administration remains arrogant as f**k and even more incompetent.

The Inside Story of Joe Manchin's Break-up With Joe Biden Exposes a White House out of Control

President Joe Biden’s tenuous relationship with Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) is making news again after an inside report has exposed just how out of control the White House is. Back in December of 2021, negotiations over a massive reconciliation bill between Biden and Manchin were nearing completion. According to The Washington Post, Manchin had already agreed to a $1.8 trillion topline, which is notably a lot more than the spending cap he was committed to publicly. In the grand scheme of things, Biden and his progressive allies were on course to get most of what they wanted.

Then an act of defiance set everything on fire.

And then, incredibly, it all fell apart.

The statement drafted by White House aides two days later named Manchin as the focus of negotiations. White House aides sent a draft of the statement to Manchin’s office ahead of its release. Manchin’s chief of staff responded by asking the White House legislative director either to remove the senator’s name, or to add Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz.).

The White House issued the statement anyway. The president had personally signed off on it. But Manchin exploded, texting a senior Biden aide that the decision was “unconscionable and extremely dangerous” at a time when liberal activists were targeting Manchin’s family with protests.

Three days later, Manchin declared his opposition to the legislation on Fox News. The negotiations never recovered, and Build Back Better — encompassing years of Democratic policy aspirations to reduce child poverty, transform the nation’s housing system, enact new early education programs, tax the rich, and more — was effectively dead.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy that the president and his staff are imbeciles, but it’s still hard to imagine why they would participate in such an act of self-sabotage. All Manchin asked for was to not be singled out in a statement about the negotiations. That was understandable given the protests that were occurring, some of which RedState reported on at the time. Yet, for reasons I can’t quite grasp, the White House told Manchin to go jump in a lake by releasing the targeted statement anyway. What was the purpose? What were they hoping to gain?

I think the only logical assumption to make is that the legislative director who pulled the trigger did so out of spite. It’s no secret that many staffers in the administration despise Manchin. They did and do not see him as a worthy negotiating partner and are resentful at the power he wields by being the deciding vote in the Senate. Perhaps it was assumed that things were so wrapped up that they could take one last shot at Manchin on the way out?

Fortunately, it backfired big time, with Manchin ending the process and announcing his opposition to the reconciliation bill, otherwise known as “Build Back Better.” Still, it doesn’t appear anyone inside the White House has learned anything from the incident. According to the Post’s report, they are still in “disbelief” at Manchin’s decision, calling the release of the statement a “miscommunication.”

“It was not like this was the biggest insult in the world,” said Dean Baker, a White House ally who works at the Center for Economic and Policy Research, a left-leaning think tank. “The idea you would have done something good for the country, but instead will not do it because you think someone in the White House may have insulted you is kind of crazy.”

Arrogance is a funny thing, and it’s highly destructive when it’s not checked. The White House was well aware of how fragile negotiations were. They also should have been aware that Manchin felt he was being left out to dry, with administration officials routinely taking shots at him in public. And while the White House didn’t take the threats to Manchin seriously, he obviously did. When they went against his wishes on the statement, that was just the last straw in a long line of provocative actions.

Of course, the big question left by all this is exactly where Biden is. His administration is adrift, appearing to not be dependent on his counsel at all. A president who actually commanded his staffers would have never allowed that statement to be released. That’s not the setup in the White House, though. Biden is merely a bystander, as his handlers press their own agendas. The chaos that has ensued from that is palpable, and in this case, it greatly benefited Republicans.

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — San Francisco residents voted overwhelmingly Tuesday to recall progressive District Attorney Chesa Boudin following a heated campaign that captivated the country and bitterly divided Democrats over crime, policing and public safety reform in the famously liberal city.

Recall proponents cheered the results at a victory party, with California state leaders of the hotel and retailers associations lauding Boudin’s removal as a sign that visitors, shoppers and workers will be prioritized again in a city that relies heavily on tourism. They rejected Boudin’s efforts to paint them as Republicans.

“This election does not mean that San Francisco has drifted to the far right on our approach to criminal justice,” said Mary Jung, a chair of the recall campaign, in a statement. “In fact, San Francisco has been a national beacon for progressive criminal justice reform for decades and will continue to do so with new leadership.”

Boudin, 41, was a first-time political candidate who narrowly won office in November 2019 as part of a national wave of progressive prosecutors who pledged to seek alternatives to incarceration, end the racist war on drugs and hold police officers to account.

But his time in office coincided with a frustrating and frightening pandemic in which viral footage of brazen shoplifting and attacks against Asian American people drove some residents to mount a recall campaign of the former public defender and son of left-wing activists.

Partial returns Tuesday night showed about 60% of voters supporting the recall, but Boudin remained defiant in a speech to supporters, saying he was outspent by “right-wing billionaires.” He said voters were understandably frustrated by the pandemic and a city government that has failed to deliver on safety, housing and equity.

“We have two cities. We have two systems of justice. We have one for the wealthy and the well connected and a different one for everybody else. And that’s exactly what we are fighting to change,” he said, adding that justice was on their side.

On the cusp of nonstop, around-the-clock (primetime!) coverage of the Jan. 6 committee hearings, a couple of domestic terrorists are actually getting their day in court, and it is informative to see how Merrick Garland's Justice Department is handling their prosecution. Recall Garland's breathless declaration, during his confirmation hearings, that "150 years after the Department's founding, battling extremist attacks on our democratic institutions also remains central to its mission."

Colinford Mattis and Urooj Rahman were arrested in the "mostly peaceful" protests following George Floyd's murder. The two lawyers handed out Molotov cocktails to the crowd, and Rahman tossed one into a police car before fleeing the scene in Mattis's van. They reached a plea deal with federal prosecutors in October 2020 that wiped out six of the seven charges against them. Those prosecutors, nonetheless, sought a maximum 10-year sentence and argued that the incident qualified for a so-called terrorism enhancement that would turbocharge sentencing—a determination with which the U.S. Probation Office concurred.

Ginning herself up to distribute explosives to the crowd, Rahman gave a video interview in which she declared, "This shit won't ever stop until we fuckin' take it all down," adding that "the only way [the police] hear us is through violence." Then, Garland and the U.S. attorney for New York's Eastern District, Breon Peace, who's handling the prosecution, took office, and you won't believe what happened next!

In mid-May, the same career DOJ prosecutors who argued for that 10-year sentence were back in court withdrawing their plea deal and entering a new one that allowed the defendants to cop to the lesser charge of conspiracy. It tosses out the terrorism enhancement entirely. The new charge carries a five-year maximum sentence, but the prosecutors are urging the judge to go below that, asking for just 18 to 24 months on account of the "history and personal characteristics of the defendants" and the "aberrational nature of the defendants' conduct." Because, you know, Mattis graduated from Princeton and New York University Law School and was an attorney at the white-shoe law firm Pryor Cashman, and Rahman was a public-interest lawyer whose "best friend," Obama administration intelligence official Salmah Rizvi, guaranteed the $250,000 required to release her on bail.

Law360, which reported on the events, calls the new deal an "unusual step." James Trusty, a former prosecutor in the Department of Justice's criminal division, broke it down for us this way: "Swapping in a softer plea agreement after having gone through the plea hearing is an exceedingly rare event in federal court." It can happen, he said, if there is "truly some new development or understanding about the defendants that merits a fresh look."

In this case, the new development is the political persuasion of the folks running the Justice Department, and for them, Mattis and Rahman are the right kind of domestic terrorists—the ones whose cases and conduct will never be the subject of a congressional hearing or plastered from wall to wall on cable television.

Remember their names, and the special treatment they received at the hands of the Biden Justice Department, when the broadcasts begin on Thursday and when Garland next has the gall to feign concern about political violence directed at our democratic institutions.

Leftist Group Sues U.S. Government to Approve Naturalized Citizens in Time for Midterm Elections

The leftist American Immigration Council — funded in part by George Soros and supportive of the discredited Southern Poverty Law Center — has sued the federal government to prioritize naturalizing individuals so that they will be eligible to vote in the 2022 midterm election. The case cites the “unreasonable delay in processing naturalization applications.”

The council wrote about the lawsuit: The suit seeks to require the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) and USCIS to prioritize the retrieval of immigration files, and USCIS to schedule naturalization interviews without further delay. Plaintiffs are U.S. lawful permanent residents waiting to become U.S. citizens and whose applications are delayed because their immigration files remain in storage.

Naturalization applicants whose immigration files are stuck in a Federal Records Center, and remain inaccessible, are prejudiced by USCIS’ delay in a manner unlike any other applicants for immigration benefits. These applicants face a loss that other applicants for immigration benefits will not—the right to vote in the November 2022 elections.

Taxpayer-funded National Public Radio (NPR) reported on the lawsuit, focusing on a homosexual man’s case.

“Can you tell me about some of the clients you represent?” NPR asked Kate Melloy Goettel, legal director of litigation at the Council: “One of the clients is Thomas Carter. He’s filed suit because he’s very fearful that he and his husband could be separated if they don’t share the same citizenship,” Goettel said. “He also has an infant child, and I think that that has really encouraged him to want to have roots in the United States with his newly growing family. He’s also anxious to participate in the electoral process and to put down roots, so he’s one of the applicants who has been waiting since 2020 to be naturalized.”

“What are you asking the court to do?” NPR asked.

“So we’re asking the court to tell the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services as well as the National Archives to prioritize these naturalization applications and to go in there and try to get these applications out so that they can move forward with processing the applications. As you can imagine, there’s a number of steps and bureaucratic process that has to take place in order to approve someone for naturalization, and that process takes many months. And so we’re really down to the wire now to get people naturalized for November’s election.”

The case is Carter v. United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, #1:22-cv-10803 for the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
