Im sorry, what the hell are you talking about? Im uncut, and been having sex for years, and never had any pain or rupture. All my friends are uncut (as i live in UK) and neither have they. thats complete rubbish!
There is also no way that being cut will help you reach a girls G-spot...think logicaly before you write stuff like that. Being cut does not change the shape/size of a penis so wont effect this.
As for tribal custom, it is also custom in some african tribes to "circumcise" girls. for anyone who doesnt know what this is/how it is done here is a quick overview.
