Well, lets see. At the time George Bush Sr. conceived Jr, was he on drugs or had he been convicted of a felony within the last year or was he financially unable to have children? If not, then no. And even then it's a bullshit question because Bush Jr. would have been born what, 50 or so years ago (I don't know Bush Jr.'s age, so I'm guestimating) and the world was a very different place 50 years ago.

I'm talking about now.

This is not some master race theory of eugenics designed to create the perfect human. All it is is a way to ensure that people will care for their children. You can still be a moron and have a child, as long as you're a moron with a job and no criminal past. You can still get drunk and have a one night stand and wind up with a kid, as long as, when you reached 21 or whatever age was deemed appropriate, you had no past criminal history up to that point and were not on drugs.

but look at the children that are being adopted... they're not from wealthy homes, they're from the homes you're saying should be sterilized.

look at it from a different point of view- let's say you were that 4 year old boy in that story. the state stepped in and took you, and you were raised by the people that adopted you (the people you call your real parents), and you went to college, became an english teacher, and had a gorgeous son named Ethan. do you still support your idea? that those two gang members should've been sterilized?
