Okay, I know it's a contentious subject, but I'm interested to find out what other people think...

It's evident that girls physically mature much more quickly now than they did only a generation ago (when I was eleven/twelve year old, girls of that age still looked like little girls: flat chests and pig-tails!) However, look around today and you see many 'mini-women' going into schools, complete with make-up and the attitude.

Morally, one should not even so much as think of a girl as being sexy until she's 'of age'. But that's nonsense. Girls as young as nine and ten years of age - the age when they're supposed to still be playing with dolls and knowing nothing about sex and the like - are not only sexually aware, but even sexually active!

The 21st schoolgirl is probably more aware of her sexuality - and the effect her young body has on the opposite sex - than any previous generation. Sure, advertising and teen-magazines probably have a lot to answer for, but 'facts is facts'.

Therefore, my question is this: is it okay to look at a young girl below the age of consent and find her sexually attractive? I do, frequently and, I have to say, without any qualms or guilt whatsoever!

For me, most young girls reach their first 'peak' of sexiness at around age twelve or thirteen: not yet a woman but with a lot of a young woman's attributes (shapeliness and boobs; experimenting with make-up etc) but still with the innocence and inexperience of a young girl. It's an appealing and almost-irresistible combination...

I must stress that I am NOT talking about paedophilia here: that revolts me! I am talking about seeing a pretty adolescent girl and enjoying the sight.

I'd be fascinated to read what you all think - and hear about your experiences with any girsl you've come into contact with (sisters, sister's friends, cousins etc).

I hit puberty at 8 and looked like a young woman by the time I was 12, complete with big breasts and a womanly shape. I was sexy then, I didn't know it but I was.

 

I had one student who was so sexy acting with her dad, I felt sure they were lovers. She was 16, later 17 when I was teaching her.
I had two girls that were sisters who came with their dad also I took to be 15 & 16.
EXCUSE ME!!!!! they were only 11 and 12, fully developed young women at that age.
Again due to their interaction with their dad I strongly suspected incestual activity.

 

You are talking about the Lolita aged girls. Of course they are attractive. I look forward every spring to seeing these girls showing off their brand new titties that they grew over the winter, and show them off they do, as soon as the weather is warm enough for sweaters and tight tops. Many of them really like to be admired because they are very attractive and being admired in that way is also brand new to them. As long as you just enjoy the view its fine, no reason to feel guilty. Dont overdo the looking or these young becoming women will get scared and/or uncomfortable. They are for looking at and appreciating, not for touching or fondling by adults. These kids are confused enough by their peers during this stage of development and experimentation, they remind us of what it was like to be young innocent and confused, and adventurous. They remind us of our lost youth, for Goddesses sake don't try to regain your youth from them by taking their's away by molesting them. Just enjoy the vision as a natural part of spring. Remember how it was at that age. You can look, but please don't touch. You shouldn't feel guilty from looking, but if you touch then you will be guilty, and you could, and should go to jail.

oldiegoody hit it right on the nose. you cannot help who you are attracted to. it is not illegal to THINK about it, but it is illegal to act on your actions. as for me i was mature by 13 and once i hit the great world of the web i quickly realized just how much control i had over guys. people have always thought i was older than i am...even now people mistake me for being over 21 (too bad i dont drink haha).
however i definetly see what you mean with the younger generation of girls. honestly, i think its disgusting that parents give their little girls mini skirts and make up when they're only 9 or 10. their childhood is getting smaller and smaller and they have no idea. im curious to see the ripple effect that its going to have on them in their adult years further down the road.

 

Well there is the physical part and the mental part right? Girls are being forced and unforced to "grow up" at younger ages now a days. Its really disturbing to see... middle school even primary school girls with the short skirts and provocative clothing. At their age I don't think it's right to have them dress that way because they don't truly know what they're doing. In high school they usually have their "sexual awakening". Media induced "grow up". It's pathetic isn't it? With all the rapists, predators and evil out there, kids can't even be kids. . .

Everyone is different. Some girls mature at a young age and some go through an awkward phase all through high school.

 

Puberty is the deciding factor, pubes appear on genitals for both boys and girls at the age when sex glands open up for action. At this time there is natural attraction to each other sex. Boys get erection, girls get restive due to itching within the walls of vagina. They are upto anything to have enjoyment of company in privacy.

My intention in starting this thread was to learn what OTHER people think - not if they agree with me or not. Hell, we live in a democracy and, as has been pointed out, everyone's entitled to their opinion.

What concerns me is the 'personal attack' angle: why, in an open forum, can't people be HONEST?? There are so many like-minded contributors on these discussion boards on topics that even I shy away from discussing, yet there seems to be an 'I'll attack so I don't give anything away' culture going on with some threads, this one included.

I was hoping for a sensible, mature and reasonably intelligent discussion about a subject that, as far as I could see, hasn't been brought up before (or, if it has, not recently). As the father of two daughters myself, it's of interest to me as both a parent and a man. I assumed other parents on this forum would feel the same way...

Too many people will over-inflated senses of their own importance will flame you. It's happened to me.
