I really think it comes down to parental guidance. Teaching your child right and wrong is one thing, but what about letting your 15 or 16 yr old dress like a prostitute?

I know when I was that age, I loved checking out my classmates in the tight jeans and low cut shirts. But what happens when they wear that after school in the real world. It gives the wrong impression in my opinion. I also think it's a poor reflection on the parent(s).

When they are 18, they can do and wear whatever they want. Before that, I really think parents need to be more vigilant in what their child does (sexually) and what they wear. I am not certain yet whether I am responding to this correctly, but I at least agree with Oldiegoody and Daddyslilslut.

Some observations:
1) I do NOT think that girls mature faster now than they did a generation ago. (Maybe faster than a century or more agom but not a generation). Most girls reach puberty and start to "mature" at between 10 and 13 years old and mature at different rates.

2) There are, however, some girls who reach puberty earlier and mature at a faster rate than the great majority. Certainly there are girls who at 12 or 13 already have body shapes comparable to 17-19 years olds, but those are still very rare.

3) There are MORE young girls who try to LOOK "mature" when they are 10 or 12 or even younger by wearing "sexy" clothes and make-up. If you are turned on by a 8 or 10 year old just because she is dressed sexually and wears make-up, then---excuse me for the stereotype---you ARE a pedophile.

4) There is nothing wrong with being turned on by a 13 year old if she actually looks 19, but few 13 year olds ACT 19 (or older). If a person is attracted to a young girl, that is fine---but if one ignores the BRAIN (which can, in a short conversation, tell if someone is actually in their early teens or younger or in their late teens) in favor of a rampant cock, then you are heading for big-time trouble.

 

I can see why this is such a sensitive subject. I started my periods at 9 and started wearing a bra at the same time, I went straight into a 32B. By the time I was 12, I was in a 34C. I think that the main contribution I have to this is the fact of how quickly girls are developing. Or, at least my sister, at age 13 my younger sister had a more shapely body and larger breasts than my wife. (I am seven years older than my sister.) Yes, I unashamedly admit I look at pretty young girls. That, though, is as far as it goes. The problem isn't with looking, it's acting upon inappropriate fantasies about the sexuality of pre-teen or adolescent girls. That's the road that leads to paedophilia and - hopefully - a long spell behind bars.

My point is that young girls, whether we like it or not, are more sexually aware at a much earlier age than they used to be.
