My wife and I are thinking of visiting a nudist beach on holiday in Spain next year. Never been to one before. Does anyone have any experience of nudist beaches in Europe and any do's and importantly dont's we should know about? Thankyou.

They are beaches where people are naked. I dont know what more there is to say. Act like you are grown ups who just enjoy being nude. If you are thinking it is going to be a free for all of unbridled sex then you will likely be sorely disappointed.

What exactly are you after in terms of info?

 

There are a large number of nude beaches in Europe but many just have a nude area and not necessarily the whole beach, best to check that first. Also some are backed by sand dunes where cruising pervy guys are likely to hang around occasionally exposing themselves hoping for 'attention'. However most naturists are just ordinary everyday people there to enjoy the freedom of being naked in the sun so don't be nervous, just strip down and get out there. Hope you have fun! x x

I can't say what the nudist beaches are like in Europe, but the beach I go to in perth western australia is really just a clothing optional section of a great beach, I frequent it often through out our summer and never had any issues, every one that goes there just minds their own business, you might get the a occasional sight seer but all in all most respect your privacy, I find it more uncomfortable on a normal beach while I'm wearing a bikini.

 

As you are in Norfolk ,(UK) you presumably are familiar with the naturist beach at Holkham - though if you are seeking opportunities for some naughty behaviour that might not be your best choice

 

Just be yourself. Men have a towel just in case you have to cover yourself up unil you relax. After an hour it will feel quite natural.

 

I'm a single man, so not sure how families would feel about me laying there with an erection from looking at the pretty women.

 

Just hide it . Been to my share of nudist beaches, and yes I’ve seen some dropdead gorgeous women but also at the same time grandmas grandpas heavy guys little kids etc. sometimes you just spend a few extra minutes in the water till it goes down! When everybody is nude around you, Very easy to get comfortable

 

Maybe next year I'll look into going to Gran Canaria for a nude holiday. Something about the Canarias that keeps calling me.

 

the bad thing about the nudist beach is that when you go to the bar you have to cover yourself ... so I bought a pea cover ..

 

DO wear lots of sun block the first time

 

Never been overseas, but the nudist camps and beaches in our home state are absolutely fantastic, just be yourself, act like you have done it before

 

I have been to a bunch of nudist beaches, in Europe, Hawaii, and the Caribbean. Once you have been there for 5 minutes it seems totally normal and actually not sexual. I’m not saying it can’t become sexual like Cap d’Agde but honestly its fun but no big deal.

 

We had two here in Jersey the gay guys got the one shut down . They couldn’t control theirselves . On the trails to the beach . The other one is patrolled

Alex and I went to a nudist beach but we both chickened out and didn’t go nude. Went down the beach and sunbathed. Still wondering what it would be like though
