Civility has nothing to do with it, my point is that the sex acts between consenting should not be anybody elses business. To single out the child of an incentuous relationship vs. a child from any other out of wedlock relationship is not justified.

While the idea repulses you (it does me as well) the fact that most of the laws against it are rarely, if ever, enforced shows that it doesn't seem to bother the participants.

Many sex acts and practices are or were illegal, society has come a long way in reversing that. If the internet were around in the 50's, we would be violating most states law for being in here viewing porn.
