I've been a member of the xnxx forums for a short while now. I'm not much the poster, actually thinking about it I don't actually think I have posted at all on here. Though it's come to my attention that some people on these forums can be just right out cruel.

My question is, why people? Aren't we all here for the same thing? We all enjoy the topic of sex, do we not? Are we not all human? So what if someone has a seemingly, 'disturbing' and/or 'disgusting' fetish or fantasy. In all rights every single person on this planet has at least one thing that turns them on that they have no control over. Be it fantasy of incest, foot fetishism, voyeurism, rape, etc.

Now I know what some of you probably think. People that are into fantasy of rape, or pedophilia, or any other extreme or even subtle fantasies are horrible, horrible people. Well I don't quite agree with you, can you honestly tell me you don't have a fetish or fantasy you have no control over. Now don't get me wrong, I believe people who act on their fantasy for rape and pedophilia are very sick people and deserve nothing short of the most tormenting of hell's.

People just please listen to my words, I know that some of you may feel guilty that even you enjoy a fantasy or two of a taboo nature. I also understand that their are some that just don't understand. I have lived a very interesting life for an 18 year old. I've gone through my share of relationships, life and death experiences, I have my scars. More than most would imagine for an 18 year old. All I ask is just why must we be so harsh to people that seem to be no much different. A lot of people on this forum are good people, their daughters, sons, husbands, wives, mothers, fathers. No more different than me or you.

Fighting has it's place in this world, I rightfully believe that. Honestly though why must we cause strife or put people down, try to lower their self esteem here on these forums? We're all here for the same reason. Just think on my words, I hope at least some of you may hear what I have to say. For the others, I hope that someday, somehow, someone else may be able to get through to you.

I completely agree, some people on here are very... confrontational. I will admit, I have been cruel to people... but... mine was in defense of either myself or of a friend.

Why do people get cruel? Many reasons

Some do it because they think the answer to something scaring them is to strike at it. You can see the same knee-jerk response when some people are surprised. They come up ready to swing.

Then there are those who have been hurt in some way, or are close to someone who has gotten hurt by something real that too closely resembles the fantasy.

And we can't forget the self-righteous, who thinks they are just plain better then everyone else.

Of course there are some people who cannot feel good about themselves unless they put someone else down. It doesn't matter what topic, as long as they can hurt someone.

*shrugs* the list could continue to grow.

Which is why you should post more. We need more people who are willing to be understanding of other people and like FG who aren't afraid to stand up for a friend.

Very much so, I love xnxx very much so. I think that sticking up for a friend or loved one is a very valiant thing. I hate that some people feel they have to put people down and make them feel bad about a fantasy or a fetish.

This is kid-glove stuff here; possibly one of the most civil forums I've ever seen.

hay guys!! i fucked up my xnxx site on my computer somehow but i fixed it all by myself!!! yay!! so now i can post again!!!! people are mean and cruel because they are pushy people!! i am mean sometimes i will admit but it is to people that are not thinking when they ask a question. like man i just stuck wires from an eletric outlet to my dick. I'm just talking about cruelty/strife, mostly when it comes to fantasy. I've been to some of those other sites and thats one of the reasons I'm still here at xnxx. I know there is some stupidity on these forums and you can't help that. There really are some people that just can't be helped, but why bash your head into the pavement to tell them something some are not going to understand. I just think that it's messed up that every once in awhile a person will start a thread about a fantasy or fetish and just get told off by some individuals.


Now I'm not saying it's true with all of them, but I know that I used to be extremely self-conscious about my fetishes and fantasies and when I would tell someone and get a reaction like that. My self esteem was shot, and I personally think it's shitty to attack someone for something as simple as a fantasy or fetish. Thats all it truly was about.

We've lost a lot of good hearted perv's that way (sorry couldn't help myself)

 

One of the things that makes XNXX work so well is that we tend to 'police' ourselves. Nobody is allowed to get out of line too far as they incur the wrath of the other members. As I'm not very familiar with any other sites like this one I can't comment on them. However, the thing I most enjoy about posting on the forums here is that feeling of safety: that somebody will be quick to kick your asre if you overstep the mark.

Of course there are complete tossers on the forums: they don't, on the whole, tend to hang around long though. Just look back through old threads and see how many names completely disappear after a post or two...

There are some very interesting, very intelligent and very funny people on XNXX, which is what draws most of us back, time after time after time... Our little e-community is one worth joining and becoming a fully active part of!

A lot of the bad-mouthing of other people's fantasies is small-minded, self-righteous idiots.

For example, people come on here and admit they have pedophile fantasies/tendencies. These fantasies are not something they can control, and I challenge you to find me one person with these tendencies who doesn't feel guilt for what goes through their head when they see a pretty 11 y/o girl. The last thing these people need is for someone to come along, tell them they're sick, and should be shot.

Yet most people will say such things to these people. However, such people are idiots. They are ill-educated, impulsive, insensitive, and full of self-righteous indignation. They also tend to do things like post in ridiculous fonts, use far too many exclamation marks, fail to apply proper grammar and English standards to their sentences (capital letters and punctuation, for example) and, honestly, I can spot them a mile off.

There seems to be a correlation between tolerance and maturity, and well-written posts that use grammar and necessary punctuation.

People have closed minds. Whatever they think is hot, is hot. Whatever they don't think is "right" they'll shoot down. I've kept an open mind towards sexuality and will try anything once... depending on the amount of harm it will do to me. Besides, it's really trivial arguing on the internet. Most people resort to swearing you know? "Oh your fucking sick!" Not only do they use poor word choices (your instead of you're) they come across as arrogant and they should really open up their minds you know? Sexuality has come a long way and whatever feels good, Do It!

 

i used to post on this forum and they had a thread/area called Thunderdome where dudes would just flame each other non-stop

it was awesome.

you have to remember that, since this is an open forum, there are going to be lots of different opinions. you will never see:

"i fantasize about having sex with a 6 year old."

user1: "oh what a nice fantasy."

user2: "that's fine, it's just a fantasy."

nope. you will see those responses, along with flames, and over-opinionized answers. it's an open forum, and people are allowed to voice opinions. not everyone thinks the same. if people get upset over words on the internet that easily, they probably shouldn't of posted the taboo/fantasy thread that they know is illegal in the first place. some things you have to expect.
