I don't see why this is such an issue... he was 8 years old. In some countries, like the USA and Britain - some mothers breast feed their children past the age of 10.

Perform a search on BREASTFEEDING on YouTube, and you'll see countless video's from news stories regarding that fact. Look at the Time Magazine cover last year with a 10 year old (or was he 11?) still sucking happily on his mothers' teat.

Sucking on a breast is only sexual if you make it out to be as a mature adult. A child, even at 10, doesn't see a breast as sexual.... only that he or she is attracted to it - probably as a childhood memory as that is where they can get satisfying relief (of their hunger).
