I have my own spiritual practices. Mostly due to the things I have experienced. Is there anything in particular you are considering?

 

Whenever I get a new bottle of whiskey I toast "all gave some but some gave all" then pour some into the dirt cause they deserve the first drink

I don’t believe in religion but I am very spiritual. I think we are all connected. Every living thing is connected to each other, every human, animal, fish, bug, tree, flower… is all part of a living tapestry and we all have an important place in it. Life is a big fucking deal. So many millions of factors had to be perfect to create life. And we treat it like it’s nothing. That’s why I don’t kill bugs and things. They may be tiny, but their lives are just as important as ours.

I also think that there’s something other out there. Not a God that watches over us like pets, who never actually does anything. But something else that is part of the Earth. Mother Nature, kind of. I’m not really sure. But that’s why so many people feel better and at peace in nature.

Spiritual, yes. I don't think anyone can stand on the edge of the North Rim of Grand Canyon at dawn, then hop on a motorcycle you rode there on when it's 30 degrees outside without screaming 'OH, GOD... WHAT THE FUCK WAS I THINKING?' Other than that, I have had paranormal encounters with two ghosts in my life. Once as an apparition, and once exchanging words, both brief and both not under the influence of any substance. Totally unexpected, totally not 'ghost hunting', both scared the bejesus out of me.

 

1000% This I will have to expand upon when I am not getting ready to head out to work.

i am spiritual. I have faith in God, its the bible I have issues with. when you begin to understand the time and the cultural that it was written then it clears up some stuff that is written in there

 

Well myself and husband have both seen a figure. I’ve mostly seen it in my son’s bedroom doorway. My husband saw it walk across the living room. The most eventful occurrence was when someone told me to get up and go get in the shower at 4:00am on a Saturday. I was dead asleep so I thought it was my husband. I had no reason to be up that early. While I was in the shower, the bathroom mirror fell off the wall and shattered. My husband busted in the bathroom and asked me if I was ok and what I was doing. I said I’m fine. I’m just taking a shower. I was nowhere near the mirror. The mirror didn’t touch one thing on the counter and it landed face up. It was like someone took it off the wall and slammed it face up on the floor.

Also my mom visited me and my little sister once each after she passed.

 

I’ve been struggling with an answer for this question since May 8, 2022 when @LoveBugg69 asked this question but since she hasn't been here since October 6, 2022, I don’t think she cares anymore.

 

Choosing what to believe is just plain stupid. Open yourself to understanding and belief, and wait for the Universe to choose you.
