Biden has been forgiving school loans faster than the courts can tell him he isn't GOD and what he's doing is ILLEGAL.
Course, Brandon doesn't care. Those students are all voters, eh?

    Here's the thing.

Even if every school loan out there was forgiven (politispeak for we're gonna stick taxpayers for it) the problem wouldn't be solved.
Cause, see, a whole new crop of college students is, even now filling out loan applications.
For loans they likely won't be able to, or willing to, repay.

Because, you see, Colleges and Universities are able to pretty much charge whatever the traffic will bear, with no guarantee that IF the student gets a degree, they'll be able to get a job, much less a job that will let them earn enough to actually ever have a hope of paying off their loan.

And God help the student that drops out after, say, 3 years, without a degree, but now burdened with 6 figure debt.
And we haven't even started on the student who does graduate, does find a 6-figure job, and just decides, fuck it, ain't gonna pay. You know, like Priscilla Higuera Valentine.
You remember Priscilla, right? The school teacher pulling down $135,000 a year and living in a MILLION dollar home who, because she's a loyal despicable and public servant, got her $117,000 student loan forgiven and an invite to the brandon's SOTU campaign speech at the capitol.

    You see the problem?
It's like the ILLEGAL MIGRANT problem.
Reagan did his bulk amnesty thingy (not the first) and now people pretty much know, if they can just get across the border, sooner or later they'll be made citizens. So trying to secure the border becomes an exercise much like shoveling sand with a fork.
Same with college loans. If one can just hang on long enough, sooner or later brandon will forgive their loan.

But here's an idea. How about making colleges and Universities pay for those loans?
    Think about it.
Colleges and Universities are making big bucks "teaching" our nation's youth, to say nothing of the youth of the world who attend their hallowed halls.
And even if they're a "non profit" (a misnomer when we're talking about higher education) their balance sheets are really impressive! As in, the University of Denver is in the midst of a decade long building spree that is making the likes of Harvard blush.
(Scary trivia question; Whats the cost of tuition, fees, books, etc. at DU? Answer $75,600,GASP not including beer. Really.)
As in College sports is finally acknowledged as a profit center, for both colleges and players.
(Fun trivia question; where is the biggest football stadium in America? Answer; At the University of Michigan. 107,601 seats!)
As in research grants. (What college or University gets the biggest grants? UC San Francisco, over $800 MILLION for 2021)

So instead of sticking the bill for Becky's four year degree in party hardy on Richard, who never went to college but has a good paying job at the local car dealership as a master mechanic, or on Tom who managed to double major in party hardy and engineering and just paid off his school loan, how about putting it on the College or University these shining youth are actually indebted to? You know, where they're learning to chant "DEATH TO AMERICA!"

For starters, we bet the admission standards would once again center on something besides mom and dad's ability to pay, eh?
And dare we hope that the education one gets at a University can actually be used in the real world?

Do you ever get the feeling that Biden being POTUS is like a really ugly person, dancing on stage, getting all sweaty, then experiencing a full Monty wardrobe malfunction.....?

President Biden is not responsible for the wars in Ukraine and Gaza. Russia and Hamas are responsible. Biden has responded well by supplying Ukraine and Israel with weapons.

Illegal Alien Wanted for Murder Among Nearly 2M ‘Got-Aways’ at Biden’s Border

    ICE
    30 Apr 2024

An illegal alien wanted for murder in his native Mexico was able to successfully cross the United States-Mexico border as a so-called “got-away” on President Joe Biden’s watch.

David Antonio Hernandez Ventura, a 26-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, attempted to cross the southern border on three separate occasions on March 30, April 1, and April 8, 2021.

Each time, though, Ventura was quickly turned back to Mexico thanks to Title 42 — the border control authority that Biden ended in May 2023. Sometime after Title 42 ended, Ventura crossed the border successfully as a got-away.

Since Biden took office, nearly two million known got-aways have crossed the border.

Ventura was arrested on local charges in Fresno, California, on December 2, 2023. Following this arrest, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents located Ventura and arrested him on January 24 near his residence in Fresno.

On February 8 a federal immigration judge ordered him deported, and the Board of Immigration Appeals dismissed his appeal earlier this month.

On April 24, Ventura was deported from the United States and handed over to Mexican law enforcement where he will face charges of murder and attempted murder.

Bidenomics Drives House Prices to Another Record High

    22 Apr 2024

The already insane cost of purchasing a home has hit a new high, thanks to the ongoing horror show that is Bidenomics.

Findings from Redfin show the combination of steep mortgage rates and elevated home prices has pushed the median monthly housing payment to a record $2,775 – an 11% increase from the same time last year.

There are a number of driving forces behind the affordability crisis. Years of underbuilding fueled a shortage of homes in the country, a problem that was later exacerbated by the rapid rise in mortgage rates and expensive construction materials.

And let’s not forget another “driving force”: Joe Biden opening up our southern border to millions and millions of illegal immigrants who directly compete with citizens and legal immigrants for housing.

“Mortgage buyer Freddie Mac said Thursday that the average rate on a 30-year loan this week crossed the 7% threshold for the first time this year,” Fox News adds. “While that is down from a peak of 7.79% in the fall, it remains sharply higher than the pandemic-era lows of just 3%.”

    BIDEN

To give you an idea of how this works, let’s say you take out a 30-year mortgage today for $300,000 at 7.1 percent…

Your monthly mortgage payment will be $2,100, and at the end of those 30 years, you will have paid back the $300,000 PLUS $426,000 in interest. Yes, thanks to Joe Biden, that $300,000 loan now costs you $726,000.

    TRUMP

When former President Donald Trump left office in January 2021, the average 30-year mortgage rate was 2.65 percent, so using the Trump mortgage rate, let’s do the same math on the same $300,000…

Your monthly mortgage payment will be $1,208, and at the end of those 30 years, you will have paid back the $300,000 PLUS $135,000 in interest. So, under Trump, that same $300,000 mortgage costs just $435,0000.

    NO MORE MEAN TWEETS

Thanks to Joe Biden, you are paying close to $900 more monthly on your mortgage AND, most importantly, paying nearly $290,000 more in interest over those 30 years.

Imagine how an extra $900 a month could improve your standard of living.

Imagine how that $290,000 Bidenomics is forcing you to flush down the toilet in interest payments could benefit your retirement savings or pay for college tuition.

Joe Biden is the only one at fault for these insane interest rates and the fact that it costs more to buy a home today than at any time in history.

JOE BIDEN CHOSE TO spend trillions of unnecessary federal dollars, which cheapened the dollar, created inflation, and more than doubled interest rates.

JOE BIDEN CHOSE TO kill domestic energy production, which increased the cost of the energy needed to produce, transport, and store almost every good and service, which translates to higher prices, which translates to inflation and higher interest rates.

JOE BIDEN CHOSE TO open the border and flood the country with millions and millions of illegal Democrats who compete for goods, services, energy, and housing—this increase in demand increases costs that create inflation and explode interest rates.

What’s more, as the report points out, there is a lack of churn in the housing market because potential sellers “who locked in a record-low mortgage rate of 3% or less … have been reluctant to sell, limiting supply further and leaving few options for eager would-be buyers.”

The fewer homes up for sale, the higher the demand for homes, which means higher costs.

The only good news is that these high-interest rates are great for those of us at a certain age who invest in CDs and the money market. We’re finally getting a decent return of five-plus percent.

The smartest thing wannabe homebuyers can do in this situation is the following…

    • Stop voting for Democrats, dummies.
    • Move to a red state.
    • If possible, move to a small town where you can purchase a home and land cheaply.
    • Purchase a home that needs a lot of work—these are even cheaper
    • Do the renovations yourself.
    • Pay your mortgage off as soon as possible. Put every extra dollar towards getting out from under. In the longterm, this will save you hundreds of thousands of dollars in interest payments.
How do I know this works? Because this is exactly what my wife and I did in February 1997 when mortgage rates were over seven percent. Neither of us made six-figures, but we still paid off our home in seven years. What we didn’t do was piss our money away on vacations, restaurants, new cars, or any other nonsense.

    Debt is slavery.

Not owning your own home is serfdom.

    Stop voting for Democrats.

L.A. Supervisors Vote to Have Taxpayers Fund Legal Bills for Pro-Hamas Activists Arrested at UCLA

    16 May 2024

The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors has passed a motion to ensure that the public defender’s office provides defense attorneys and legal resources for the pro-Palestinian activists arrested at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) earlier this month.

As Breitbart News noted, the pro-Palestinian “encampment” was cleared by police on May 2 after a week in which activists had seized the center of campus by force, assaulting journalists, using antisemitic rhetoric, and denying Jewish students and others access to public areas on campus.

After 100 pro-Israel vigilantes attacked the barricades on the night of April 30 – May 1, authorities finally intervened.

Last week, the UCLA Daily Bruin, the student newspaper, reported:

On Tuesday, the LA County Board of Supervisors passed a motion calling on the public defender’s office to dedicate resources toward defending UCLA students arrested Thursday during the encampment’s police sweep and make legal aid and defense services clearly accessible to arrestees. Several UCLA students spoke during public comment at Tuesday’s meeting to advocate for the resolution, including multiple members of the Undergraduate Students Association Council (USAC).

“We were protesting peacefully [sic] but were harassed by counter-protesters who accelerated the violence, resulting in arrests and attacks,” said Eva Jussim, the USAC external vice president.

[Republican] District 5 Supervisor Kathryn Barger was the board’s sole vote against the resolution.

Contrary to the activists’ claim to have protested “peacefully,” activists used force to exclude people from their “encampment” in a public area of campus. This reporter was physically pushed by activists out of the encampment.

There was no motion passed to support the legal defense of pro-Israel vigilantes, though police have prioritized investigations into those who participated.

Indigent criminal defendants are entitled to a public defender, regardless.

Unfortunately, these so-called college students, don't even know it says in your Miranda rights, if you can't an attorney, one will be provided for you.
And even those city 'supervisor's' probably don't know that either. Or their just showing us who the support, in the war in Gaza.
Personally, anyone who supports a terrorists, Hamas, should be deported if they are citizens. Citizens, just throw them a hand grenade.
Just another way to divide the masses. Divide and conquer! That's what they are trying to do. And it's working.

Biden Flunks ‘Are You Better Off Now Than 4 Years Ago’ Test
    21 May 2024

Only 39 percent of voters say they are better off today than they were four years ago, according to a poll from Rasmussen Reports.

“Just 39% of Likely U.S. Voters say yes when asked, ‘Are you better off than you were four years ago?’” reports the pollster. “Fifty-four percent (54%) answer ‘no’ to that question, which was made famous by Ronald Reagan in his 1980 debate with Jimmy Carter.”

President Jimmy Carter (D) (left) and Republican presidential candidate Ronald Reagan shake hands prior to debating before a nationwide television audience in Cleveland, Ohio on Oct. 28, 1980. (AP)

How bad is this result for His Fraudulency Joe Biden?

Well, four years ago, the coronavirus pandemic was in full swing. The media had already declared former President Trump a failure with his handling of the pandemic. America was well on its way to 100,000 deaths. Oh, and we were in the middle of lockdowns, school closings, and an economic shutdown.

May of 2020 was a very dystopian month in America.

Nevertheless, only 39 percent of the 1,087 likely voters polled say things are better today than they were in the middle of a pandemic.

That’s a pretty serious failure for Biden.

The internals tell us that 50 percent of Hispanic voters say they are not better off, compared to only 44 percent who say they are. Biden even loses among black voters on this question: 45 to 44 percent.

Rasmussen also polled on the two key issues driving the upcoming presidential election, the economy and immigration.

When asked, “Which political party do you trust more to handle the economy,” the Democrats are trounced by Republicans by 12 points: 51 to 39 percent. Hispanics chose the GOP by 12 points, 52 to 40 percent. Even 21 percent of black voters choose the GOP, while only 62 percent choose the Democrats. That should be closer to 90/10 in the Democrat Party’s favor.

When asked which political party they trust more to handle immigration, the Republican Party holds a 19(!)-point lead, 54 to 35 percent. Hispanics choose the GOP by 16(!) points, 51 to 35 percent. Only 55 percent of black voters choose Democrats, compared to 34 percent who side with Republicans. Again, that should be closer to 90/10 for Democrats.

    Think of it this way…

Are you better off today under Joe Biden, or were things better when America was locked down and 100,000 people dropped dead under Trump? Trump still wins! Come on, that’s hilarious.

We’re a long way away from Election Day, more than five months, but the polling consistently shows Trump in the lead; he attracted between 80,000 and 100,000 to a rally in deep blue New Jersey over the weekend … There’s something in the air, and it might just be a peaceful but brutal revolution against the elite who lie to us, queer our kids, mock our values, treat illegal aliens like first-class citizens, treat us like second-class citizens, and make everything worse.
