You can easily tell someone has never been a cop when they don't know the FBI is part of the DOJ. And aside from arresting all kinds of bad and dangers people on their own there is not a major crime in any state in the country the FBI is not called in on to assist state and local law enforcement. I think we would be hard pressed to find someone with less knowledge and respect for law enforcement than that.

And now let's look at the phony lying fake Christian Speaker Johnson who obviously didn't swear his loyalty to the Constitution or Christ. Only to one man. His Chosen One Traitor Trump.

GOP hardliners pressure Johnson on vote that would seal 'their allegiance to' Trump

Five days after a Manhattan jury convicted former President Donald Trump on all 34 felony counts of falsifying business documents, House Republicans are determined to defend their 2024 GOP nominee.

CNN reported Tuesday that during a private meeting with House Republican members, Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) told his colleagues that he'll "do everything he can to go after the Department of Justice," adding that "the verdict has ignited support for the former president," according to two sources close to the matter.

Now, according to a new Axios report, GOP hardliners "are pressuring" the speaker "for a vote on legislation aimed at showing their allegiance to" the former president.

READ MORE: GOP will defund DOJ in retaliation for Trump conviction: Johnson

Per Axios, the right-wing lawmakers "want a floor vote on a bill that would allow current or former presidents to move any state case brought against them such as the one in New York that resulted in Trump's conviction to federal court, according to multiple House Republican sources."

However, one GOPer told the news outlet that the legislation is "unlikely" for now, considering the fact that "a floor vote on the measure could put moderate Republicans in a jam," the report notes.

Republicans would have to determine whether they want to defy Trumpworld or make a decision that could hinder their success in their respective districts.

Axios also notes that, additionally, some GOP senators "signed onto a pledge to seek to block floor action in response to the conviction."

READ MORE: 'Republicans are circling the wagons': GOP strategist busts claim verdict helps Trump

The news outlet reports: "Theoretically, if the bill House conservatives are pushing were signed into law, Trump would be allowed to move the Georgia case from state to federal court. If he was convicted and got elected president again, he could try to pardon himself. Presidents can't pardon state convictions."

Axios' full report is available here.

We can tell when someone who claims they were a hard hitting reporter/editor fighting selflessly for hard working americans calls America a "shithole country" and a "banana republic" and endlessly can only copy N paste propaganda from left leaning garbage spews.
Whatever they were before, they are no longer an American patriot.

And once again Speaker Johnson proves the last thing he is is a real Christian. In fact Jonson is the kind of sinner Jesus preached against more than any other. A lying, phony, hypocrite. And Johnson's lies just keep getting bigger all the time.

‘Lying’: Johnson slammed for latest claim on Trump respecting peaceful transfer of power

Speaker of the House Mike Johnson on Wednesday celebrated Donald Trump's upcoming visit to Washington, D.C. to meet with House and Senate Republicans, barely blocks away from where the January 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol and on democracy itself took place. Many hold the-then president and his "Big Lie" responsible for the insurrection, and he has been indicted on charges related to it.

Johnson was asked if the ex-president is committed to and respects the peaceful transfer of power.

The Speaker's response has angered some critics.

Johnson has a tenuous grip on his gavel and on the House GOP majority. He has already faced one vote to remove him, and survived it thanks to House Democrats. To shore up his power, Johnson has traveled to Mar-a-Lago to appear with the indicted and now criminally-convicted ex-president, and has promoted several pieces of legislation critics say only serve as messaging vehicles to please Trump.

Pointing out that this will be he first time Trump has met with both House and Senate Republicans in D.C. since the January 6 insurrection, a reporter Wednesday morning asked the Speaker, "are you committed or have you spoken about basically not doing anything like that again and committing to respecting the American tradition of peaceful transfer?"

READ MORE: Buttigieg on Martha-Ann Alito: Flags Symbolizing Love vs. Insurrection Are Different

Johnson, whose emotions are often on view, repeatedly frown and looked irritated as the reporter spoke.

"Of course he respects that," Johnson said frustratedly. "And we all do and we've all talked about it ad nauseam."

"We're excited to welcome President Trump back and he'll be meeting with the Senate Republicans of course, after he has a breakfast with us. And there's high anticipation here and great excitement."

Ahead of Johnson's remarks CBS News congressional correspondent Scott MacFarlane had posted where Thursday's meeting with House Republicans and Donald Trump will take place.

If there were no question about Donald Trump's commitment to the peaceful transfer of power – and there is given to this day he calls insurrectionists, "warriors," "victims," “hostages,” and “patriots” – the Speaker would not need to be discussing it "ad nauseam."

As a backbencher before being elevated to Speaker, Johnson was not just a little-known congressman, he was an architect of Trump's efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election. Johnson spread election fraud conspiracy theories and lies, as a CNN investigation published in April confirmed.

READ MORE: Speaker Johnson on Why He Thinks Hunter Biden’s Conviction Is Valid but Donald Trump’s Is Not

Also back in April, Johnson tried to rewrite history, whitewashing the role of insurrectionists and those who attacked the U.S. Capitol on January 6, saying some of them were "innocent, you know, people who were there and just happened to be walking through the building.”

Highlighting those remarks, The New Republic reported, "the Republican leader seemed to suggest that the 2,000 people who charged the halls, destroyed federal property, and interrupted the peaceful presidential transfer of power—1,265 of whom have been charged by federal authorities—were actually mere innocent bystanders."

Critics were quick to call out Johnson's remarks.

Veteran journalist John Harwood responded, saying, "by lying here, Johnson shows he understands that what he and House GOP helped Trump do in Jan 2021, and what Trump intends to do again if necessary, is wrong."

He added, "if he weren't ashamed of it, he'd tell the truth."

Award-winning CNBC/NBC News reporter Carl Quintanilla responded to Johnson's remarks with a 4-second clip of a someone who appears to be attacking law enforcement with the American flag on January 6.

"Bullshit," declared former Tea Party Republican U.S. Congressman Joe Walsh. "Trump is humanly incapable of accepting an election loss. He will NEVER respect the peaceful transfer of power. And Mike Johnson knows that."

The Biden campaign reposted the video and remarked, "(No, he clearly does not)."

Media critic and former Chicago Tribune editor Mark Jacob responded with: "Mike Johnson is a lying traitor."

Mother Jones D.C. bureau chief David Corn wrote: "Given that Trump has promised to pardon the 1/6 insurrectionist rioters who attacked the Capitol, he’s not showing much respect for the rule of law or the peaceful transfer of power. Johnson is lying for Trump. That’s not very Biblical."

'Collapse of integrity': Conservative reams out Mike Johnson for 'significant' lie

Conservative Peter Wehner, who has broken ranks with the Republican Party over its embrace of Donald Trump, delivered a scathing denunciation of House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) for telling what he calls a "significant lie."

Wehner's anger was sparked by Johnson being asked by a reporter on Wednesday about whether Trump will respect the peaceful transfer of power after he incited a deadly riot with the goal of blocking the certification of the 2020 presidential election.

"Trump is coming here for the first time since the January 6th attack on the Capitol," the reporter said. "Have you spoken with him about not doing anything like that again and committing to... respecting the peaceful transfer of power?”

“Of course, he respects that, and we all do and we've all talked about it ad nauseam," said Johnson in response. "We're excited to be welcoming President Trump back... there's high anticipation and great excitement."

Trump is expected to be meeting with House GOP members Thursday.

ALSO READ: Texas AG Ken Paxton campaign ad mistakenly implicates Donald Trump

    Johnson's response left Wehner furious.

"Speaker Mike Johnson — self-described 'Bible believing Christian' — is lying here," he wrote on Twitter. "And it's not a subtle lie; it's a significant, easily provable one. This is what the collapse of integrity looks like."

Trump repeatedly hinted throughout the 2020 campaign that he would not accept the election results, and after losing the election, he waged a campaign of lies and propaganda alleging that the election had been "stolen."

He proceeded to ask his Department of Justice to declare the entire election "corrupt," called up the Georgia secretary of state and asked him to "find" the votes he needed to overtake Biden, and tried strong-arming Vice President Mike Pence into unilaterally throwing out certified election results.

When that failed, he sent his supporters to march toward the Capitol, where they would violently break into the building, call for Pence's hanging and send lawmakers fleeing for their lives.

GOP lawmaker 'badly undermines' Mike Johnson’s 'core' argument against Jack Smith

    Alex Henderson, AlterNet
    June 14, 2024 3:33PM ET

During an interview with right-wing Fox News this week, House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) offered some possible ways to "rein in" Jack Smith — the U.S. Department of Justice special counsel who is prosecuting two federal criminal cases against former President Donald Trump.

Johnson, a Trump loyalist, proposed using "the power of the purse" to defund Smith's office. And some Democrats have been arguing that when Johnson threatens to defund the DOJ, he is doing something that Republicans often accuse Democrats of: defunding the police.

Trump and his allies, including Johnson, have been attacking the four criminal indictments he is facing as the politically motivated work of "the deep state."

READ MORE: Charlie Sykes rips Trump 'cult': GOP leaders are 'all in' on his 'pledge of vengeance and retribution'

But The New Republic's Greg Sargent, in an article published Friday, argues that a conservative congressman — long-time Rep. Mike Simpson (R-ID) — has collapsed their argument in a major way.

Interviewed by Politico, the 73-year-old Simpson discussed MAGA proposals to defund Smith — describing them as "stupid" and saying, "I don't think it's a good idea unless you can show that (the prosecutors) acted in bad faith or fraud or something like that…. They're just doing their job — even though I disagree with what they did."

Sargent, in response to that interview, writes, "Wait, what? Trump's prosecutorial tormentors are not acting in bad faith or being fraudulent? Do tell!"

The New Republic journalist continues, "Simpson apparently thought he was just rebuffing a tough question, but he also badly undermined a core argument of Trump and his propagandists: that the prosecutions of Trump are wholly illegitimate, exposing the 'deep state' as irredeemably corrupt to its very core.

“Now comes along a top Republican who disagrees with the prosecutions of Trump on their interpretation of the law but appears to allow that the special counsel's office is not abusing its institutional role in a way that merits maximal GOP tactics in response, such as defunding it."

Neither Perry nor Jackson could qualify for the lowest security clearance. But because they are members of the House they don't have to have security clearances. So Trump can tell Johnson to put them on the intelligence committee and he does it. Fuck national security. There is no loyalty to the country, the Constitution, or anything else. All their loyalty it to just one man; Traitor Trump.

Furious Kevin McCarthy reams out Mike Johnson for 'reversing' his work at demand of Trump

Fury over Speaker Mike Johnson's appointment of an extremist to the House intelligence Committee forced the return of an unlikely voice — his ousted predecessor Kevin McCarthy (R-CA).

McCarthy was among the Republicans who called Johnson last week seeking an explanation for why Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA) and Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX) had been named to the panel, which the former House speaker had worked to depoliticize, reported the Washington Post.

"He has reversed course on this committee, and has now made it political again," said one high-ranking Republican. "He has reversed all the advances, which could harm America’s preparedness. This is not a place to play games. This is not a place to appease somebody. This is where you got to do the real work.”

Johnson explained to McCarthy and other concerned Republicans that he appointed the pair because Trump had urged him to do so, according to two sources with direct knowledge of the matter. But GOP lawmakers weren't satisfied with that rationale.

“I think we’re letting the executive branch, in this case, compel the speaker of the House and legislative branch to fill two critical spots that we have, frankly, more qualified people for,” said one House Republican on the intelligence panel.

ALSO READ: ‘Harm Democrats’: Republican lawmakers practically giddy about Trump prison silver lining

The House Intelligence Committee frequently receives highly classified briefings on sensitive national security matters, and Rep. Steve Womack (R-AR) and Rep. David Joyce (R-OH) expressed their concerns to Johnson, who argued that Trump wanted the pair's perspectives to be heard on the panel.

“You appease those people, what gives everybody else the reason to do the right thing by encouraging bad behavior?” Joyce said.

Perry, who played a key role in Trump's effort to overturn his 2020 election loss, claimed that he intended to conduct "actual oversight" as a member of the committee, while Jackson, a former White House physician, praised chairman Mike Turner (R-OH) for helping to “restore the American people’s complete faith in our intelligence community.”

“I’m looking forward to seeing what their definition of real oversight looks like compared to what we’ve been doing,” said one lawmaker who expressed concerns about Perry.

Jackson was Trump's disgraced White House doctor and is a Texas congressman who is a staunch ally of the former president. Over the weekend, Trump was ridiculed after flubbing his name.

Skullduggery is at work': Mike Johnson shamed for jumping the gun in CNN debate criticism

    Matthew Chapman
    June 25, 2024 11:22AM ET

WASHINGTON, DC - OCTOBER 25: U.S. Rep. Mike Johnson (R-LA) applauds alongside fellow lawmakers as the House of Representatives holds an election for a new Speaker of the House at the U.S. Capitol on October 25, 2023 in Washington, DC. (Photo by Win McNamee/Getty Images)

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) is already declaring this week's presidential debate between President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump rigged against the GOP — before it has even happened. And MSNBC columnist Hayes Brown is having none of it.

Johnson spoke out as Trump and his allies frantically try to backpedal from repeated efforts to proclaim Biden mentally incompetent as they fear they have set too low a bar for him to win in the public eye, with some even planting conspiracy theories that Biden will be on drugs through the debate to keep his energy levels high.

"'I expect everybody will be watching,' Johnson told Tony Perkins, president of the archconservative Family Research Council, on the latter’s new show, 'This Week on the Hill.' (Johnson appears on every episode of the recently launched show.) 'I also expect that CNN is going to rig it as much as possible and make it as favorable as they possibly can for President [Joe] Biden, but I don’t think it’s going to work.' As obvious as that spin is, it also suggests a lack of confidence in the GOP’s standard-bearer," wrote Brown.

It is worth noting, Brown wrote, that the debate will be unlike past debates set up by the nonpartisan Commission on Presidential Debates, which has now released its planned venues from its contracts and raged about being cut out of the loop.

Both candidates determined that the format and scheduling of the traditional debates didn't make sense and agreed to new ones. But that hardly means the CNN debate is going to be rigged.

ALSO READ: EXCLUSIVE: House Republicans subpoena ex-Capitol Police intel head for Jan. 6 inquiry

On the contrary, noted Brown, "CNN’s rules have been public for weeks. There will be no live audience, no use of props or written notes onstage, and the candidates’ microphones will be muted except when it’s time for them to speak. Both camps have already agreed to these rules, though it’s easy to imagine Trump afterward claiming he was unfairly silenced. The two sides even decided via coin-flip that Biden will stand at the lectern on the right of the screen while Trump will get to deliver his closing statement second, having the last word."

But by casting aspersions, Brown wrote, Johnson is laying the groundwork for damage control and GOP grievance if Trump fails to win the debate.

"Johnson is providing the talking point that we should expect to hear from all corners of the GOP by Friday morning," he wrote. "Much like the conspiracy theory that Biden was wearing a hidden earpiece in the 2020 debate, there will be no evidence of misconduct from the network.

"But it apparently seems much easier to convince Republican voters that skullduggery is at work than to admit that their candidate, who if elected will be the oldest person to hold the presidency by the end of this term, has lost a step or seven."

Now come on. This is funny as hell. MSNBC columnist Hayes Brown is having none of it??!?!?!?

His whole theory is that deplorables would rather claim a faked debate than admit their man(woman) would be the oldest president in history????

Brown does know that "his man(woman)" is 3 years older than Trump right? And by every account, has lost one hell of a lot more than one or seven steps, right?? That the old boy can't even keep his Vice President's name straight, right?

Propaganda at it's most disgusting. Brought to us by wrong story and our own american hater. :)

Mike Johnson serves up awkward reminder of his shady finances

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) served up a reminder that he hasn't reported a bank account on financial disclosure forms.

The Louisiana Republican hailed Donald Trump's policy suggestion to exempt tipped wages from taxation, saying it would likely be part of the former president's 100-day agenda if re-elected, and he added that anyone who had waited tables or served up drinks from behind a bar could appreciate the additional income servers and bartenders would enjoy.

"I'm sure you're all former bartenders and waiters, and you know what that would mean to us," Johnson told reporters Wednesday. "I was one of those Boy Scouts who, you know, actually reported what I made, so I didn't make much doing that, but it would be a great boost to people who are trying to make a living that way, and I think they receive it that way and it's a great idea, and one we're talking about and we'll pass as soon as we can."

When Johnson took over the speaker gavel in October he fell under closer scrutiny than he had as a GOP back-bencher, and reporters noticed that he disclosed no assets, retirement plan, mutual funds or bank account, although his office later clarified that he does have a personal bank account that's exempt from House reporting rules because it doesn't earn interest.

ALSO READ: Marjorie Taylor Greene buys condo in 'crime ridden hell hole'

The speaker did report a mortgage of between $250,000 and $500,000, a personal loan and a home equity line of credit each between $15,001 and $50,000, according to his 2022 financial disclosure form, and he reported a retirement account with less than $15,000 in 2016 that may have been rolled over into the Thrift Savings Plan valued at less than $50,000 that he reported from 2017 to 2020.

"Where is Moses Mike hiding his money?" said X user Art Candee in response to Johnson's comments.

"How [does] he cash the paychecks we give him??" added X user Dan Guachione.

"House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) served up a reminder that he hasn't reported a bank account on financial disclosure forms.

"..... his office later clarified that he does have a personal bank account that's exempt from House reporting rules because it doesn't earn interest."
Now, not to poke the sleeping dog or anything, but has anyone ever checked into Hunters Point in San Francisco? Isn't anyone curious how it was that the former SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE managed to score on over 600 acres of prime San Francisco real estate that her government cronies declared was surplus, and even got the government to take care of the early land and environmental scaping?

    Course not.
The despicables and wrong story would rather challenge why a deplorable, the current speaker of the house, doesn't have a REPORTABLE checking account. As if, you know, that's a crime of some sort. But scoring on 600 acres of some of the most expensive land in America, why, nothing to see here, move along!

And just as an additional note, we spotted the critical comments about the speakers checking account on X from notable characters like Dan Guachione and Art Candee!
