Pork roast and root veg chunked and crisped in the air fryer over some long-grain rice.

 

Left over pot roast with potatoes, carrots, and onions. Popcorn and bourbon for dessert.

Last night was leftover pot roast with carrots and potatoes. Not really what I wanted.

 

Last night was fried smoked sausage pepper jack cheese with bbq sauce and some cottage cheese.

 

Had an awesome chicken quesadilla last night will finish the other half tonight

 

A big ass spring salad with fresh vegetables out of the garden with feta and mozzarella cheese!

 

I had lamb vindaloo (from Trader Joe''s) for lunch. Haven't even started thinking about tonight.

 

Mrs Lav is seeing a girlfriend this evening so I'm eating in a hotel! I was rather fancying the gammon steak but....there was a rather nice hunters chicken option too. However, in the end I went with a chicken tikka, pilau rice, side of spices, poppadoms and garlic naan bread. Nom nom nom

 

Sweet potato fries, feta, avocado and plum tomato salad

 

Nothing. Had a couple sandwiches for lunch at work and the white bread I think has mad eme bloat like a balloon and feel crappy.

 

Grilled Steak. May as well take advantage of the gorgeous weather while it lasts.

 

Oh well have a salad, mashed potatoes and rice haaaaa our background is Asian so we have rice with every meal. I don't touch rice though since there carbs and it's what makes me gain the weight.
