Guys: If you are taking a shower in a public camp shower facility or locker room, how would you react in these situations?

1. You realize kids are peeking at you through a doorway or window, would you tell them to get lost or just keep washing?

2. If a dad brings a young daughter in and she can see you, would you cover up, especially if she stops to stare?

I would cover up in both situations or ask the parent or kids to leave. But that is just me.

Curious about your thoughts.

 

obviously the most logical answer to this question should be yes, or that person is fucked up! kids are supposed to be innocent....i have three of them, and i would never subject them to nudity of any sort. it's sick.

 

One more thing, just answer the question and keep the moral judgments to yourself.

No one in any of these forums has the right to pass moral judgement on anyone.

I just wanted to point out this textbook example of why children in this country remain confused about nudity and their bodies. What an incredible mindfuck to teach your children that the most natural thing about themselves -- the nude body they were born with -- is "sick".

I presume that your children were born with clothes on? Because to be born nude would meet your definition of "nudity of any sort", so being born nude would be "sick".

Give me a break -- the point of my post was to comment on what a mindfuck it is to teach a child that the most normal thing about them is "sick". I said NOTHING about whether a 4-year-old girl in a mens' shower is a healthy environment or not -- that was all you, pal.

If I were just showering I wouldn't cover up. Curiosity about adults, of the same or opposite sex, is normal for children, and I see no harm in it. I would cover up, or chase them away, if I were doing something sexual, i.e. masturbating. That could be traumatic for a young child.

Would continue with my shower. There is NOTHING wrong with nudity. For those of you that say it is sick, try doing some research. Kids that grow up in and environment where nudity is ok usually have a better self image and self confidence than kids raised in the so called normal environment.
