Just been at a house party literaly just got bk home. and i saw one of my good pals goin into an empty bedroom with my ex gf. neither of them saw me . i feel like kickin fuck out of both of them. but im not sure what to do.

 

Just talk with about it to your friend. Its pretty shitty that he would go at it with one of your ex's. I wouldnt do anything to rash, if you guys talk about it and he says "i was fucked up man, i didnt realize what i was doing,"(assuming there was beer or w/e) just know he isnt a totally reliable friend and if you didnt address it he probably wouldnt feel any remorse or sorrow because he got away with it. People think being drunk or high gives them excuses but it really dosnt imo.

It happened to me before, almost the same thing, i was 17 and when i faced the guy I just punched him, did not even give him a chance to explain. There is no need to explain. Just kick his ass and never speak to him again, her on the other end get a chance and fuck her so hard that she would regret not being with you, and after that never speak to her either.
Kick his ass, there is no excuse for that no matter what.

 

Got to admit, I've always wondered why it's such a big deal when somebody has sex with a friend's ex... it's not like it's that person's current GF, but people seem to treat it as being just as bad.
