What category would GTA fall under?

 

I call it a sandbox game cuz it is like playing in a sandox doing whatever your heart desires.

How about we go back to classics? Ya gotta love Zelda and Zelda 2. Those were great games!

Recently, however, I've been playing Titans Quest. Don't ask what my favorite games is because I don't have one that I can pin point as a favorite.

Same goes with genres too. I like too many to pinpoint one as a favorite. RPGs I usually play the most, usually the more older ones. I'm also a fan of some RTS's like C&C, Warcraft, and Starcraft. For FPS's i've been playing CoD 4 for the most part along with Halo. Unfortunately, I don't have too many FPS's though one of my favorites if I had to choose would be Starsiege: Tribes. i just wish it still had a large player base and fewer cheaters like it did when it first came out now about 10 years ago.

Platform games are okay but I usually will prefer to buy their computer counterparts if my comp can take it and if I have the ability to. Mostly because the constant ability for the game to be updated to include new features and additional stuff for free where the consoles usually charge for extra content.

There's just too many games and varioables out there for me to choose just one genre and one game as my favorite. But i must say, I really do like games where your choices can fuck you over in the long run, like with Mass Effect or Fable. I love those sorts of games even though I almost neve walk the 'dark' path because I can't help but being nice.

it doesn't matter to me if a game has multiplayer or not, because I often see people bickering when they lose to everyone and other people being pompous dicks when they win and then they bitch at you when you beat them down acusing you of doing something unfair or 'noobing'. But whatever.

... It looks like i went into a slight rant... oh well... but that's what I think.

Okay, so here's my hierarchy of suckery.

Call of Duty.... Sucks.

Gears of War.... Really sucks.

Halo 1, 2 and 3.... The worst incarnation of any first person shooter ever made. The piece of shit was shit out of Goldeneye 007, eaten by Perfect Dark, and then shot by Timesplitters.

That's how much I hate Halo and how terrible it is.
