I'd have to say that I would find a log cabin in the mountains, probably Montana somewhere, I'd buy a small engine plane so that if I wanted to escape from the Texas heat in the summer. or just escape from the reality of life, I could.

I'd set my kids up with things that I was never able to have or neither given growing up so that they could live a financialy stress free life.

Although i must say that I'm really not a materialistic person, I'd rather have my kids and friends in 69 life, and have nothing, than be some rich bitch with money and no reality grasp on life.

I'd have to do the Petenv kinda thing.

First I'd set everyone in my immediate family up for life.

Buy a VERY nice VERY NEW and VERY GREEN house with as many a possible current amenities in it. Am a tech geek so I'd have the latest and very best, bad ass computer and I'd replace it very often to keep in check with developments as they come available.My Entertainment Room would also stay current and would be very bad ass also. I would own no less then 4 cars for myself personally (My 4 Favs). Security would be a major concern for the house and my home would have the very best and stay current in that as well.

THEN once things were in order and a substantial amount was held in trust for my families future. I would help people with their dreams by setting up a trust company that would review people's plans to make their own businesses and give grants base on their plans ability to succeed for them.

 

BTW, we are talking about a sperm bank, right?

Keep enough to live reasonably on, maybe $100,000 a year for 20 years. the rest I would invest in means of sustainable alternative energy sources as a co-op and create as many jobs as possible. there would be no food crops effected and the results would be available at prices average people could afford, not just rich people.

I like Lewis Black's answer. I couldn't find it directly so I am paraphrasing.

Most people that get so much money they don't know what to do with it feel the need to spend it on stuff like $25k umbrella stand or a $10.5 mil home, but I think these people aren't creative enough. If I were to be stupidly rich, I would by myself.........a professional ball washer. Now this is nothing sexual but I would hire an attractive 21 year old girl and give her about a $80k a year salary with retirement and insurance and she would do nothing but walk around in front of me..............and wash my balls. This way when my rich friends came over and asked what hell is that, I could say..........."Look at how important I am, my balls are always fresh. What did you buy with all your money? I would buy up thousands of acres of Missouri woodland and donate it to the Conservation department to use as they see fit. I believe Missouri has one of the most successful Conservation programs in the country.
But why stop there I would also buy up land in other states to donate to the National Park system.....

Im thinking Yacht... I mean not one of those little ones the Saudis or prince of Wales has I mean a big ass yacht.
