i think you deal with it by being on the balls of your feet ready for anything. keep your wits about you and acting true to your heart.
its not a journey you have chosen to be on but if you have no choice then best to try and make the most of it for good or bad there are lessons to be learnt

how do you say goodbye to something you want to hold close?

 

I've been asking myself that question for several weeks now. I truly don't know the answer. After all the medication and multiple psychiatrists' opinions, I really have no idea.

How does one rebuilt a life that has been suddenly torn down?

 

you start from the only place that you can... the start
you fix in your mind your morals and what you want your life to be like.
you pick and choose very carefully the people that you allow yourself to be around.
you tell yourself that your worth living a good life, and your worth feeling good about yourself
and you start from scratch... again

Starting the relationship with my last girlfriend. The one who's gone now.

its just past midnight for me so i guess i need to do something to make it better than yesterday.... im gonna try and make someone else happy today! i want to put a smile on someones face and make them feel good about themselves

what code do you live by? ie whats your morals?

 

I would say that my code I live by is try to treat others, as you would like to be treated, but sometimes just not so easy

What would be your worst memory?

 

My worst memory is seeing my wife lying in the hospital, and being told that the choices are to let her die, or keep her on a respirator in a vegetarian state. Another part of that memory is having to leave and let her die without me at her side, since I was in another nursing home receiving therapy for my spinal stenosis. Her sibs and I agreed that she had expressed her wishes not to be kept alive in such circumstances, and she was disconnected from life support.

What is your most traumatic memory?

What's your favorite memory from your lifetime?

 

My favourtie memory is from when i was 3 and we went to get my cat, who is sadly no longer with us...and all the way home in the taxi she kept trying to get out the box,(she was only 5 wks old) so i let her thinking she would be good and stay on my knee...only she didnt and she jumped all around the taxi, ending up on the drivers head....i can still remember that, as if it was yesterday

If you could go back in time and change one thing what would it be??

 

ANYTHING in time? I would have to say go back and prevent G.W. Bush from entering the seat as President of the United States.

if you had to pick one place in the world to die quietly, peacefully and without pain. Where would that place be?
