ive been doing this stuff for a long time i use to do it right on the neg before digital

 

how i would take 30 pounds off is first make a dup, always make a dup, then i would pull her from the scene, then try to fill her space up with what might be behind her,
then i would mask her out, and work very careful with the liquify filter adjust the where you would want the weight takin off, now you have to pay attention to the shadows, sometimes playing with the shadows you can adjust the effect.
you would laugh, if you saw me doing this shit, i have special tools and such, and when i do these here, i do them in a minute or less,in fact i had posted a picture, did not like it went to the edit mode on the post, did the thing completely over and re posted it before the time limit was up. i have some that took me days to get right. not this shit but logo's and stuff, i do vinly also
