Well, I'm not a male, but I do try to get my bf to try other masterbation techiques, so I do know a few.

You can fuck a hole (holes can be anything that isn't sharp, pointy, or could be painful in any way, there are toys in sex shops for men (not just sex dolls, but actually toys that can be used on the cock or balls), you can do anal play, you can tease yourself (aka read sex stories or watch porn and not touch yourself until you can't handle it any more), you can alternate between stroking yourself and playing with your balls.

I'm sure there's more, but that's just the stuff I found in research.

If you've got a fair amount of time this is a little trick i picked up from somewhere, I use it on my bf and he seems to like it but the original point was about masturbation.

On the underside of your penis just bellow the head, maybe upto an inch down, there's a little spot which is more sensitive than the surrounding area and you can almost feel a V-shape under the skin (i can't think how to describe it any better, but i'm sure a bit of a feel around and you'll find it) settle down with some porn and just rub that little spot with one finger, you may want to put a little spot of lube on it to stop it getting sore. Now just keep rubbing that one spot in little circles and resist the temptation to touch anywhere else on your penis. It can take a long time (as much as 2 hours) before you cum, but I've been told that it's worth it.

I think this is something that works alot better on some guys than others, but there you go.

The point at the bottom of the glans, someone described as a v shape is extra sensitive for me.
