Is it more sensitive now??

 

When it's pumped it's much, much more sensitive. Like to the point where she can squirt easily (which she has never been able to do at all unpumped).

After pumping it's more sensitive for a day or so (though the size mostly goes down in an hour or two), but then goes back to more or less what it was before in terms of sensitivity.
