When people elect you, for office you have a responsibility to them. Palin dropped her responsibility. Now she is making more money than she ever could as a politician. I don't feel sorry for her, even when people take jabs at her. She's got it made.

Palin is unpolished. I find it endearing. She is pure.

To my everlasting shame, I saw past Clinton's chronic misogyny, held my nose, and helped re-elect him, first time out of the chute. I am sure an objective critic would have dismissed my decision, behind the curtain, as an emotional one. I suspect many of the people who are having fun with Deirdre97 made similarly motivated decisions and have never, not once in the days and years since, questioned them.

After Clinton, I would think one would be capable of anything. A decision for Palin is, for me, an easy leap indeed. I do not watch television, after all. Ever. I have only read transcripts of her speeches. Granted, she has speechwriters. Conversely, we are currently blessed with a clean candidate who can check the right boxes and read. Thus, I am not encumbered by the spectacle of Palin's less than stellar telegenic presentation, and could really care less about what some filthy little cunt like Couric might think of her.

Bonus: Palin's husband is Grade A+ 101% boycake. YUMMY!

I think this will fairly well define our positions. From the first time I saw her I saw Sarah Palin as a manipulative, shrewd but not intelligent, not ready for prime time phony.

I predicted she would never be able to win a second term as Alaska's Governor, because it was easy when the state had enough surpluses to send every resident a refund. But there were real problems now and no way to solve them because she had stacked her cabinet and key state agency with high school friends and political payoffs. She was toast before the McCain Campaign even came along.

But really you support someone who believes her Evangelical religious beliefs should guide our government's decisions? Even if those beliefs are that they should expedite Armageddon and the second coming of Jesus Christ.

Oh wait. You do. I forgot that. Sorry, never mind.

I would take Sarah Palin over Obama any day of the week. At least with Palin, you would not have a god awful health care bill with back door deals to buy votes. And also she wouldn't be soft on terrorism and she would not have gone all over the the world apologizing saying the United States is ignorant. And also anyone that says that Ronald Reagan was stupid and ignorant should have there balls cut off. He got us out of the recession in the 80's and was a huge contributor in tearing down the Berlin Wall. Start watching Fox news and get both sides of the story. Why would I PM you when nonsense like this is exactly why we have these discussions. Sarah Palin is a total fraud and will reveal herself to be just that even to Fox viewers which will by that time will be everyone in the country.

Palin in dishonest and would embarrass the nation even worse than George Bush and she couldn't even finish her FIRST term as governor because the going got tough and she could prostitute herself for a lot more money hitting the celebrity trail.

And finally talk about a joke. Now that describes Ronald Reagan to a T. Regan wrecked the economy. He allowed his rich buddies to loot it just like George Bush did, while at the same time encouraging US manufactures to ship our jobs overseas. Oh yeah, some hero Ronald Dick Head Reagan was.

I haven't seen any indication that you are an expert on authentic people and mistaking Sarah Palin for one would indicate the otherwise.

There is nothing authentic about Sarah Palin and here's the proof. She's never done anything. She's never really accomplished anything except keep herself in the public spot light which is the only thing that matters to her.

Please read carefully. What I said was that she would not get elected to a second term because the political realities and the programs for failure she had instituted were going to overwhelm her.

And so I was wrong. She just threw up her hands and quit in a rambling senseless speech even before the end of her first term because it was too hot in the kitchen and she could cash in on her fame.

I'll bet you can be amazed sometimes just how wrong you can be.

First what kind of an "authentic" person believes they are actually the chosen ones and need to instigate world war three and bring on the end days because they will surivie. I'll tell you it takes some kind of "authentic" nut case to believe that as well as the Holy Bible in inerrant and the earth is 6,000 years old.
