I'm not trying to get into a political debate here. I'm a centrist myself but was raised in a predominately republican state and relocated to another (also) conservative state after graduating and from my personal experience it seems as though usually voters that identify with the republican party and partake in fox news quite often that use a lot of name calling as opposed to the more often that not spinless democrats who have trouble standing up for themselves.

That's mainly why I don't care to discuss politics with people and keep my opinions to myself. My friends constantly ramble on about the evil socialist liberals and seem to have some sort of clever name for every democratic politician (i.e. hitlerly clinton). I can accept other peoples point of view without getting angry but nothing angers me more than ignorance. If you can't have an intelligent debate without name calling or misrepresenting data then it's pointless.

Sorry to rant about that but I just wanted to put my $.02 in. I hate the petty name calling.
