808, I'm going to do you a favor and let you in on a secret about women. They are just as human as you are. Just talk to them.

The key is to practice. When you are at the store checking out, always try to pick a cashier that fits the type of woman you are normally attracted to and talk to her. Ask how her day's going. My favorite thing to do is smile and when they smile back tell them they have a beautiful smile. It's great because you get to practice and you make someone feel a little better.

Or go to the video store/rental place and ask one of the women what their favorite movie is then ask if they've got a copy on hand. Then when you take it back talk to them about it.
