I feel what you do is all up to you! I have come to understand that if you and he lives like this and are happy then I am not to judge you so, I would ask him what he would like, ask him how to give things a boost, maybe it is simple and maybe it won’t be but start with what he wants and see if it works for you!!! It sounds as if you are trying and that’s a start but don’t stop unless it is not what you want to do.
