When elected, he will pull together a government where appointments and decisions will be based on merit and expertise, not pure politics. He will bring our country back together and put the whacko far-right on the back burner.

You can't prove that cause the man hasn't done anything...Give BO the presidency for 8 years & there would be no USA.

 

I'm voting for him for the same reason I've known I was going to vote for him since April or May, because he is the kind of President we need. He wants to help get fix the crime problem, the economy, the middle class, areas like my area, etc, has plans to come up with alternative energy by the next 10 years, and a lot of other reasons. Do I think he will fix it all? No, but I think he'll give us the tools and the chance we need to ALL fix the problems we have and make this country better. And also because he doesn't come from money and got where he is through hard work and good decisions. I knew I was going to vote for him before McCain was even the Republican candidate.

People talk about the economy and jobs and everything now, well in areas like mine, the job market has been going from bad to worse ever since a year or so after George Bush took office. By the time I was a sophomore in HS, I had to take a paper boy job because it's all that was available for somebody with my qualifications/job experience(or lackthereof). In my area, adults have been working the majority of "HS kid" jobs for years, and so even before the economy started getting worse this past year jobs were already getting harder and harder to find, especially for a HS or college student who needs a job to help pay for school. If you aren't rich but also aren't from an innercity or "ghetto" area, then you're pretty much fucked, because if you can't find a job to pay for school and nobody's paying for you, you aren't going to go, and without college, you'll never get out of this area, or get any kind of desirable job. The government rides the Working Class like a Money Machine and taxes them ridiculously while helping out the people who don't deserve or need help.

That is why I'm voting for Obama. FUCK Joe the Plumber!
