1: If you're going to defame someone, you should be 'up to date' with the insults. Rule 43 might have referred to an illegal immigrant from somewhere on the continent, for instance perhaps somewhere North of Estonia?

2: Do you suppose it's fair 'name dropping' anyone's name and/or hinting at a person's occupation? Unless of course, you have permission. I would so hate to see you banned for releasing personal data about another member - I'm sure it's in the rules somewhere but I'll have to get back to you on that one.

3: I agree, nothing funny about this whole debacle at all. I don't have facts in front of me to either damn Lollylover or clear him, hence the reason I'm not posting anything. To keep the subject 'on the boil' like you are doing is nothing short of harassment, a rather cowardly crime would you not agree?

I happen to think it cowardly to put someone on ignore, especially when they are getting their faces slapped with truths, as Lolly has done many number of times when confronted.

1: Rule 43 I presume the 'nonce' reference is the one you're getting at and nothing to do with coroners?

2: You are continually dropping information about a member, which has not been made public. THAT is what I'm getting at. Nophest stated that

- You cannot post anyone's address (even yours), phone number, or real name, basically any personal information. (this is for security reasons).

in this post dated 21/06/2006. Giving out a persons profession is passing on personal data. The only time that wouldn't apply would be when that information was already public knowledge. Add to that the fact that the member in question is not around to either back up or refute your claims then it leans toward a definite breach of forum rules.

3: Your 'battle' with Lollylover in the past had nothing at all to do with the claims made against him recently. Ergo, I cannot see what you are getting at with the whole 'being put on ignore and getting slapped' scenario? Perhaps you'd like to enlighten me a bit on that as I fail to see the relevance right now?

I do not see any valid justification for your mission to destroy LoLLy a man you have never met in real life over a girl you have never met in real life.

She loves him so much - and he loves her just as much. Its SICKENING to hear them talk about eachother because they are so inlove.....we should all be so lucky to have someone that cares about us as much as they do for eachother.

It's all very simple.

Lolly got VERY upset when he found out I was talking, in nothing more than a friendly way, with Jamie.

He then berated Jamie for talking to me and attempted to besmirch my name thinking that he knew what kind of a person I was.

That was a HUGE mistake on his part and made him an enemy of mine because I don't take kindly to morons who think they know me, saying things about me, when in actual fact they are totally fucking clueless.

I did actually ask him to give me his reasons for doing so but he, being the chickenshit coward that he is, refused to enter into dialogue with me about it all.

Jamie, whom I have left alone ever since, can verify all this, which is why I told you to ask her.

His way of dealing with the situation was to continue to besmirch my name on open forums in a futile attempt to get people on 'his' side.

You should know enough about me to realise that I don't actually give a fuck about what people might think of me but, I don't suffer fools gladly.

Lolly is a fool.....and, it seems, much worse than that too, as has become apparent of late.
