Is it possible to penetrate the cervix? I am rather well endowed, (7+"), and there have been times when I felt like there were internal lips that had surrounded my helmet and holding it there as my partner and I were having a mutual orgasm.

It is not possible to penetrate the cervix. Very bad, deadly things would happen.

However, what you describe is correct. During a mutual orgasm, the cervix spasmodically raises and lowers into the vagina. This action allows the uterus to suck on the head and bring the semen into the uterus, thus increasing the chances of pregnancy.
