LOL, Well here we go again, the race issue.

For those of you who don't already know, I am white and my hubby is a black american (he hates being called african american, he and his extended family were born here).

In the last 10 years or so the bias about mixed couples of any gender has decreased, I have lived it so I know. Maybe it's because it is a common part of almost all TV shows these days, you see it everywhere, mixed couples abound. This is a great thing for everyone because it is beginning to change peoples perceptions about differant races allowing them to become more tolerant of each other.

As a society we still endure the racist stigma and will for several more generations I fear, because hate dies slowly. Yet I am really encouraged because though we live in a predominatly white area of the northwest, my son has been fully accepted by his classmates and has never had anything remotely racist happen to him. This shows me that the children of today are more tolerant of change than many parents are.

As far as love goes,,,,it sees no color.

 

Its not the color of the skin but the quality of the heart and mind.

 

I'm a white male and have been lucky enough to have dated and had sex with women from many different races. Like others have said I don't care what color your skin is, if you're hot you're hot!
